Coyote HVAC installed my new HVAC system after ours failed in 8/24. Their initial invoice documents them having a small amount of carbon monoxide emitting from the new system. They noted this and that It should be reassessed. They never did, and when we first turned our system on the upstairs CO detector went off. They found a major crack in the furnace and needed a full replacement. After this, our conversation unit malfunctioned flooding our floors and trim in the hallway It shares a wall with. After having a technician come out, assess and determine It was the unit causing the issue. They sent a flooring repair contractor to assess some minor damage. After 2 weeks of waiting while knowing our house is under contract, coyote informed me they would not take care of the work. I had to call them to get this information.Aside from being on the high side for pricing, I highly recommend going a different direction for **** contractors in **, as coyote does not competently or safely handle their jobs or liability.

I signed up for the monthly billing for regular maintenance. After almost a year, I decided to cancel because with repair cost still large I didn't think the fee per month was worth what we were getting in return. I called to cancel - they said fine and asked why, etc. The next month got charged . Call #2- The person told me I had a year contract, so they would still charge me till the year point, but this was the last month. They said the original person should have told me...fine. Call #3 - the following month was charge- called and they said it would be fixed. No follow up. Call #4 - 3 MONTHS of charges have done go through - I called asking for it to stop and refund and they said a manager would call me to discuss- over 1 week later no call, no reach out. Will be calling again today- but this is absurd and unethical.

Made an appointment for an HVAC inspection. Rearranged my schedule and put off doing some things. No one showed. No one called.

    ******,

It appears that this negative experience was a result of a lack of communication between you and your landlord. According to our records, ************** attempted to contact you multiple times while at your location with no success. We take pride in communicating effectively and would have been more than happy to have completed the work as we had planned.
