5 starsAfter three months with our newly remodeled master bath, I can say that we are thoroughly enjoying the finished project. I was totally surprised that the process with ****-Rite was practically stress free and with very little inconvenience to our household routine. Everyone that came into our home were professional and friendly and well-equipped for whatever they were doing. It made the time fly and we are so pleased with our "new" master bath. 5 starsWe are completely thrilled with our bathroom renovation and feel like we definitely choose the right company. Our preference was to use a local Denver company with a long-term business record so Dun-Rite filled the bill. We also knew that we wanted a solid, built-in installation rather than a pre-fab insert and we couldn't be happier with the result. Everyone who worked on our project from beginning to end was extremely professional and experienced. No regrets here and we'd highly recommend this company!Review fromKaren K

I was very happy with Dun Rite for my two bathroom remodels! The communication was great, the customer service was wonderful, the contractor who did the work was friendly & personable and did excellent work. The price was exactly what I was expecting. The salesman / designer that I worked with had great ideas and a wonderful design style and really listened to what I wanted. And the work was done quickly and efficiently with minimal mess in my house. I would definitely recommend Dun Rite to others. My only complaint is that I had asked for an ogee edge on both of the bathroom countertops, which was stated in the paperwork, but it was not done. Just a regular bullnose was what they delivered and installed. Unfortunately I didn't see it until they were already installed and it was too late to change it. I was disappointed with that. But other than that, I am very pleased with Dun Rite.

5 starsOur experience was excellent. The crew that installed our kitchen refacing was very professional and friendly. Their craftsmanship made the job everything we could have expected. Our bathroom remodel project started on 2 Sept and was supposed to take about 4 weeks. Dun-Rite said the work didn't need a permit. Then they moved a drain, triggering the need for a permit, but DID NOT APPLY for one. We realized this after drywall was in and painted by us. They wanted us to sign that we had requested to waive the permit, but since that's not what happened, we refused. So they tore it out and we waited for inspections.Dun-Rite actively lied to us for days in early Oct, blaming city inspectors for being slow. Then we realized that the permit application (18 Sept) gave the name of a contractor who no longer works there. That non-employee's license expired 30 Sept and so the city put our permit on "hold". Confronted, Dun-Rite offered conflicting explanations, but did file an updated permit application (10 Oct) naming an actual employee with a valid contractor's license. Inspections then happened, we painted new drywall and now, on Friday afternoon at the end of week 8, it turns out they measured the shower wrong. The piece does not fit and so we wait until Monday to find out what happens next.Smaller things worth noting: They destroyed the wax seal on our only other toilet during demo and resisted fixing it until we insisted. Demo methods are not gentle; they choose ****** ****** over saw, and wall/ceiling cracks in other parts of the house are worse after these 2 demolitions. They wanted to install cabinetry over unpainted drywall even though mold has been a chronic problem and tried to disregard our agreement to allow a day for painting. It took half a dozen requests for them to buy replacement paint even after they agreed to it. They built the wrong wall cabinet and have required repeated prompting to order a door for its replacement. We're nowhere near finished as we start week 9. Dun-Rite's incompetence, but more importantly their deceptions, mean that we cannot recommend them.Dun-Rite Home Improvements, Inc.

5 starsOur project involved replacing two bathroom counters plus their sinks and redoing a shower stall. It took a little longer than I anticipated, but the workers communicated their schedules and were super clean. Before starting the work, we changed our minds on the color of the material and Dun-rite made it happen without a hiccup. When one of our counters was delivered in the wrong pattern, they got it corrected. Workmanship was excellent and everything turned out beautiful.
