      Returned via *** problematic cell phone back to Boost Mobile. I was told after much ado that phone was locked for a year! So sent it back for a refund. Now they insist must get refund back from *** which I have PROOF of delivery from *** driver to Boost Mobile employee--R. Carcers!!!!!!!

      I have my payment taken out of my bank account and have for 8 years. This month it was $8 higher. I called and was told that I authorized insurance to be added to my acct. No, I did not. Watch your bill every month, they will add things you didn't order!

      I have worked at boost mobile for probably 4-5 months now they charge people for accessories without giving them the product and also will up charge an item to be able to make their sales higher. I also worked August 8th and the ************** location in *********, ** and they are refusing to pay me for the day that I worked

      On July 30th I bought a phone with a plan from Boost Mobile for $182.51. On the day of the delivery August 2nd the technician couldnt complete the delivery because my ID was expired. The technician said she was going to cancel it and expect the refund in 3-5 business days. Its been 13 business days and still no refund. So I called boost mobile today on August 20th and they never put in a ticket to get my refund ???????. They just put in a ticket today and told me the refund team has 72 hours to go over it and after that I would have to wait another 7-10 business days!!!!!! The craziness of all this is that they said I dont qualify for a full refund!!!! That I will not be getting the service money back even though I never used it!! They basically stoled my money

      I paid for a monthly payment for a friend. They charged an extra $66 for what I dont know. They wont tell me. This business are thieves. Never pay them over the phone. I never trust them. They wont refund my money back my credit card

      I have an open ticket with Boost Mobile since August 1, ******************************************************* from using my entitled phone upgrade. I was eligible on August 6, 2025, but Boost has been unable to resolve it, gives no estimated completion date, and refuses to escalate beyond call center supervisors. This issue involves billing and my lease, I had a similar issue in June which was resolved in under 48 hours, this is now at the 11 day mark.I am paying for service but cannot access the upgrade I am contractually eligible for. This is costing me both time and service value.Attempts to Resolve: I have called multiple times, been told its in their back room team, and that there is no higher department I can speak to. They will not provide an ***.

      If I could put 0 stars I would. We have been with BoostMobile almost 10 years and NEVER received bad service until now with an IPhone. I paid the bill less than 48 hours ago and they said that my husband used all 35 GB of data. When he is at work he doesnt have his phone and when he is at home he is connected to WIFI. He doesnt even know a lot or use many things on his phone. Their only response is it was something hes doing and there is nothing they can do. I regret using them and am currently looking to find another service provider. The workers DONT care and are not willing to help only ACCUSE. The more I asked, the more frustrated and yelling came from the worker. I dont know what has changed but they dont need to be in business if they dont know how to talk to people and just want a paycheck without working.

      I have had cell service since the 1980's. Never have I had this kind of poor service from a cell phone carrier. From the day I activated my Boost service I have been attempting to return the equipment and terminate service. The service is so unreliable that my battery needs recharging throughout the day. The phone continually drops calls and when accessing the mail or other internet features, the phone will not load content due to the poor connection. Every time I have called, they attempt to troubleshoot with no resolution and simply escalate to level II IT desk and tell me to wait for a call within 48 hours. The call never comes. This is simply an attempt to stall and eat up the 30 day return window. Every time I talked to them, they confirmed I had no contract, and I could terminate service at any time. I requested a return label from that first day and several times after. The return label never comes. What a racket. Save yourself much aggravation and do not use this service. Also, the customer service people are offshore and only know how to read a script. They are not able or allowed to resolve anything and they are not afraid to simply hang up on you if you push them to escalate the call.

      Employee customer service is terrible. Lack job knowledge and she was quick to take a payment and not realizing my account has verification issues. I was not able to use my service but she took my payment and I lost $45 for a service I was not able to use. Boost verification process is the worst my account was hacked twice without any notifications then was denied access after showing my drivers license and SS#. But a hacker was still able to control my account without ********************** awareness. ****** wins customer of ***** loose money and account. Never again ********************** the worst ever

      Horrible experience trying to port number from boost to another carrier they locked the number to then even after I got the port pin and talked with 100 people for days and did the silly authentications multiple times and literally begged me to stay. Ridiculous to the point that Im not attempting to port that number anymore Id rather go through the trouble of getting a brand new number
