    Summit has scheduled 3 different appointments to start gas. I have confirmed my appointment 3 times and each time I was assured I had an appointment but a technician never showed up. When I call I am told I was never on the books. Why is this company allowed to continue to operate after the deceitful billing practices and now poor customer service and management.

    Wish I could put 0 stars this company is trash. Ever since Summit took over Center Point Ive had multiple issues with this company. My bill went from $50-60 to over $400. I have children and Im on disability. I called in January because I didnt get a bill for December thats when then customer service rep told me they decided to combine those two months and sent me a bill for over $1000. I asked how it could be that high and she told me that if I do have a gas leak that it is not their problem and their company will not make adjustments to my bill. She was very rude. They said they read my meter but they have not came and read my meter at all, the day the guy shut off my gas he was trying to be sneaky and it is winter and my house is very cold and I have no hot water. This company needs shut down.

    Summit Utilities since it purchased Centerpoint has raised prices so high that it's insane. I live in a 2 bedroom house and don't have central either. It takes hardly anything to heat my home. When it was Centerpoint, I was paying $41 a month. My bill has come in at $74 and now $79 since they bought Centerpoint. This is highway robbery and everyone is getting gas bill two to three times the costs of before with no change in usage

    This company is horrible hold time is nonsense!!!Customer service some are rude they only tell u whatever to get u off the phone after holding for hours Still no gas its cold out didnt bother to call to say anything Then I called and said it was a gas leak problem they didnt *********** never showed your families and your neighbors could be in danger they dont care Please bring *********** point please we need better

    This company is a joke. without any warning whatsoever they turned off my gas utility on a friday KNOWING theres no way to contact them until monday. my **** is $18. EIGHTTEEN. its not even long overdue! It was 6 days late! Normally your given atleast two months before shut off and they warn you in person and through the mail. I WILL be replacing all of my gas appliances with electric. F*** YOU SUMMIT.
