      I recived a Notice LAZSAT-****** of Non-Compliance from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, INC issuer/creditor. This noticed was recvied at my home on 04/14/2025. The Date of notice on the letter is 03/23/2025 so thats already incorrect. The violation states expired Permit/Facility Regestration and is for $102.00. This has Two small images of my vehilcle on the right side. No where in the parking lot or app did it advise of a time limit. It just has you pay which I do have proof of paying with a credit card statment. I didnt not recvice a notice on my vehicle that day nor anthing prior to this stamtent. This is outrageous $102.00 is exessive. It took me over 45 mins to get a hold of someone from customer support. I then explained to them my sitcuation and they offered me $20.00 discount if I payed the $87.00 Dollars right then and there. I expliend I was not in a finacial situcaiton to just pay the $87.00. She followed up with my account would be refered to a PRRS legal team for collections. At this time if felt both threatend and offended. I did notice a sign stating parking for paying customers only towing and boot enforced. So I did PAY, never did I recvied a follw up email, text or corrispondance that I was over any type of time limit. I would Like to have this dismissed.

      We have your payment through the ***** app and you only paid for 2 hours. When you purchased your paid parking session it gives you a time in and a time out. Once that time expiration is up you are to either remove your vehicle from the lot or add additional time and neither of these was done so this is the reason you received the notice. This lot is monitored through a camera system so you would have never received a notice on your vehicle they come in the mail. We will honor the settlement given but this is valid.

      On April 11, 2025, at approximately 1:10 PM, I legally parked my vehicle outside the ********** in *******, **. I paid for three hours of parking using the ** code displayed on-site, which totaled $19.35 and covered my parking through 4:10 PM. A screenshot/receipt of the payment can be provided as proof.Despite my valid payment, at 2:33 PM, Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS) issued a Notice of Noncompliance (Notice No. LAZSEA-******), falsely claiming that I had not paid for parking and threatening a $107 fee, with additional threats to send the matter to collections if not paid.This notice was issued in error and appears to be a predatory or negligent enforcement tactic. The issuance of this notice despite valid payment constitutes either a failure to maintain accurate records, or willful misconduct designed to extort unwarranted fees from legally parked individuals. I demand that **** immediately withdraw this notice and confirm in writing that the matter is closed with no further obligation on my part.I am filing this complaint to document the incident and to request that PRRS update its practices to prevent similar harassment in the future. I reserve the right to pursue additional remedies through consumer protection agencies or legal counsel if this issue is not resolved promptly.

      **** charged me $55 for paying the parking ticket late at 8.52am. I initiated the payment at 8.13am, right after my parking. The processing time of the payment is out of my control.

      We do see that you paid for parking. On this lot there are signs that state you have 10 minutes to pay for parking upon entering the lot and you took 38 minutes to pay. However, you did pay for the full time you were on the lot so we are going to dismiss your parking notice. There is no further action needed.

      I parked in one of those scammy lots. Their system was not working I was not able to pay. I just received a violation letter giving me a 104 dollar fine for a parking lot that charges 8 dollars a day. This is absolutely a scam and not okay. Im happy to pay the amount that I wasnt able to pay that day but this is unbelievable. Ive seen so many others struggle with these lots and this company they need to have something done about it.

      I would also like to add the sign going into the lot only says a fine of 150 dollars for inputting license plate incorrectly. Not the penalty if payment is not received (due to their issues with their payment system). The sign lacks clear information on penaltys. Making the overall payment amount astonishing upon receiving it. I also would add I have placed a dispute with them and they have yet to answer. With the horrible reviews on this company I dont expect them to which is also not okay as they do this to many people. I would pay for the time I parked there. But refuse to pay this inflated, absurd amount.

      My wife parked at the 900 Commerce & 903 ******* location. She arrived early in the morning and there was a homeless person camped out at the pay station. She waited until another person parked and went to pay. At that time she went and paid for a full day parking. She ended up parking for 2 hours, leaving earlier than expected but the parking company that couldn't be bothered to light their parking lot appropriately or secure it has the resources to send threatening letters to people who pay for parking. We contacted dispute have have not received resolution, from what we read this company is all about trying to scam people parking there with these fines even though parking is paid. I would like them to cease and desist all collection efforts since more than sufficient parking was paid and credit the account.

      This is the absolutely worst company to ever do business in the State of *****. They are complete crooks. Do not ever park in the parking lots that they manage. I parked in one at ****************************************************************. I registered my car using their QR code. I used my credit card. Paid and was never sent a receipt after my payment so now I dont have evidence that I paid. I should have taken a screenshot, but I didnt think to do so at the time. I thought I could trust this company. They are complete crooks. They sent me a $97 bill which is 4 times the amount of parking. If you park in one of the lots, you better take your own pictures and video to show that you paid. Complete crooks and complete corporate greed!

      PRRS issued a parking ticket even though I am eligible to use the lot that they monitor at no expense (I am a *************** customer). In a dispute I made to them, I sent over justification (I.e transaction receipt for that day for a e made at back of America) but they still failed to resolve and waive the ticket. It seemed like they have some automated system and offered 20% off (for no reason) of exorbitant ticket prices, it seems so scammy.I have not paid the ticket and I want them to waive the ticket in writing, as theyve threatened to impact my credit score. Again, they issued a ticket and refuse to rectify the issue even though I gave clear documentation that I am allowed to park in that lot at no expense

      When our lot monitor was on the lot they observed that you didn't just go to the bank atm and went elsewhere and was parked more than you should be just to use the **** This is valid and upheld.       I am rejecting this response because: Per all signs indicated in the lot, I parked there legally and within the requirements stated on the signs. I withdrew cash from a *************** ATM and have shown receipt that this happened as I was parked in the lot. The response from the business is problematic in that it is just stating anecdotal info from the parking maid; I have included an actual copy date stamp of withdrawing funds and demonstrating being a BoA customer.

      First of all, this is a CORRUPT, heartless company. I received a Notice of Non-Compliance in the mail for parking in a PRRS managed lot in downtown *********, ***** on 3/21/25. I paid $6 for a 2-hour stay. It was a Friday in March and the lot was not busy. While I was awaiting for the rest of my party to arrive at the car, I overstayed my stay by 15 minutes. I didnt think twice about it until I received a notice in the mail. The fee was $138 - a punishment that did not fit the crime. Thinking they didnt connect my $6 to this car, this day, this lot - I emailed in a dispute. I was then told my dispute was denied - but they did tell me that they would reduce my fee to $118. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I would be happy to pay for another hour or even an all-day fee. This is simply price gouging. I am presently sitting on hold with PRRS (for 40 minutes and counting). I thought to kill some time by looking them up on the BBB. Not to my surprise I see complaint after complaint. I see some reference to a 20 minute grace ****** given by ****. I am hoping that they will extend this to me - if they have the courage to answer the phone. My notice number was PRTGLS-****** and my ticket ID is ******. Still waiting on the phone43 minutes and counting

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It took waiting on hold for 60 minutes last night (I gave up) and another 30 minutes today to talk to a human.  Had to immediately escalate to a supervisor.  After I was hung up on, a supervisor did call me back.  Fee was forgiven.  Although appreciated, the supervisor was very condescending in delivering the message.

      I am being ticketed for parking in their lot, which I did not. The pictures provided clearly show that I was parked next to the ************* which I am a member of and is not park of their parking lot. There is just no reasoning with these people. I will not pay for this craziness and I am registering complaints with whomever I can in this regard.

      I was mailed a notice that I owed $102 for unauthorized parking in the lot on *************, however the lot was open and there was no attendant. There was no sign that it was a private lot or permit only, no barrier, nothing indicating that I was not allowed to park. Additionally there was no fee schedule, only a QR code which led to nowhere. I sent my dispute to **** on April 2 due to the fact that there was no clear/visible signage of restriction, barrier, attendant, or method to pay so I don't believe that I should be penalized and still have yet to receive an update. The case still shows as being owed in the portal.

      There are signs on the lot right when you drive in. They are red and white signs that state there is no free parking at any time and that you have 10 minutes to pay for parking upon entering the lot and there are blue and white signs with QR codes to show you how to pay. This is a valid notice and we will offer a settlement of $82.00 to close this out. If you would like to discuss this further you can call and speak to a representative at ************.

      As mentioned, I tried that QR code and it did not load a page for me to pay. With no other way to pay, I had no choice. The problem is not that I had to pay for parking but that I had no way to pay for parking and there wasn't another available place to park so leaving wasn't an option. I will happily pay for the weekend rate for the time that I was there. On your website it says that is $15.
