Hi there,**** took over the *** of Spring Valley Ranch. I was a resident of Spring Valley and sold my home in July. The *** had double charged me for the quarterly *** fee of $87 when I sold my home. I brought this to the attention of the new management of **** and they confirmed I was double charged and promised me they would send a check to my new address for the $87 that they had overcharged me for. I have all of this confirmed in an email as well as on my bank statement and selling documents for my home. I was told via phone and email that they would send a check and I should receive it in a few weeks. I called and emailed them back and then I started getting the run-around. I was told they had to first get this approved by the board and then they would send out a check. Again, this would take another few weeks. It has been over 3 months since they had charged me twice.I have called and left multiple voicemails. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. Thanks,******Business response

Thank you for making us aware. As with any transition, it takes a bit for all information to be transitioned to ** and bank accounts to be set up. We are aware that you have received your refund and deposited it into your accounting on 11/14. I sold a property in July and am owed over paid HOA fees totaling over $380 and the company will not reimburse the money owed to me.Business response

Thank you for reaching out. *************** owes you the monies, not our firm. We terminated your Association and they are now being managed by another management company, which I believe has also terminated them. Please reach out to your Board members to let them know you have not been paid. Please note that we did put in your check request to them but they rejected it so we passed the information on to the new management company.Customer response

We are still in dispute with this company. I contacted ******* Villas HOA and the new company they claimed to have transferred their accounts too and both have claimed and have stated **** is responsible for the refund. I will now seek legal action as they are thieves!

Complete lack of communication and follow up. Trying to get any work done for the astronomical HOA fees we pay is like pulling teeth. They already have a "F" rating and if I could give them anything lower I would. Months go by and nothing gets done, they actually write back to our family asking 'if the repairs are done' when THEY should have a work order stating that work was or was not completed. The WORST management company we have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have contacted our lawyer as well as 9News as our issue IS a safety concern and they continue to not do a **** thing.Business response

Our water heater has been having issues for over a year. The management company is not making prompt moves to ensure the stability of the boiler. There are periods of time where we do not have hot water for 2+ days. My insurance denied my claim because of the HOA's negligence. I have not had heat for over a year now and no one is communicating when the issue will be resolved. Fall is coming and last fall got cold fast and I'm worried about not having heat. I can't sell my property because of all the issues that are occurring with the building. Someone has a master fob and has been entering our building and stealing packages, this company told us that that's just how ****** is. The FOBs are not being replaced, and one of the security cameras that watches the door has even been removed. It's not fun to live here anymore, I don't feel safe, they don't answer my emails, and they haven't truly tried to fix anything!My original email about resident safety was sent on May 15, I received a response August 16, after sending about 5 emails over the course of 3 months. The water issue was first discussed on January 15 of 2022! How crazy!Initial Complaint

They are terrible at communicating, utter lack of respect when they do answer. When answering emails they do so in unprofessional/ emotional responses. They have been a burden in answering any questions, they are not approachable or even nice when trying to resolve issues. I havent dealt with a worse HOA than 5150 community management.Initial Complaint

The worst company weve ever had the displeasure of working with. My family requested that multiple hazardous and unkempt issues throughout our condominium complex be addressed over a month ago. We have contacted the property manager multiple times but have yet to receive a single response. The ongoing issues continue to be a problem.Initial Complaint

We have had a lot of HOA company's BUT this one is by far the worst. I don't have one nice thing to say about them. Their lack of communication is my #1 problem. I have asked to talk to the owner, and I get no answer, I've asked for the emails for the board members, still no answers...I just wanted someone to forward an email and they say they can't do it. Purchased condominium unit in October of 2022. The association was to transfer the information on the sale to the gas company **********. The association stated]s that they did. Called ********** and they have no information on our location. For the last 5 months no one will assist me to do the right thing and pay my bill. **** will not answer my requests and we are concerned that we will have the heat shut off. I have my 2 elderly parents living there. We just want to pay our bill!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle and am in the process of getting it registered. My vehicle was parked in my registered spot with a parking pass. On the morning of 9/20/21 I noticed a tow notice on my car and my parking pass was gone. The same day I get a notice from the patrol company is the same day my parking pass went missing. They opened my car door and took it out of my vehicle so that they can tow my car. My family has been getting harassed since we moved in for any little thing that the hoa can bother us for. The person who answered my call at **** refused to give me the patrol companys phone number so I can see if they did it. So they are letting people patrol around looking through residents vehicles unlawfully. All I want is for people like myself who are not white to be treated fair.
