1 starAbsolutely terrible company to work with. Requests don't get done in a timely manner. Discriminatory to people with disabilities. Charging a pet fee when I have a service animal and required documentation is illegal! Avoid this management company at all costs!Review fromLouisa C

1 starMangement is terrible. The Managers are unavailable and always passing on their work to some poor sap who doesn't know what they are doing. They clearly don't have enough manpower at the company to run their business. Avoid them at all costs, it feels like their staff is always changing!Review fromRichard T

1 starA Cautionary Tale About 5150 I can't even begin to describe how horrible and frustrating my experience with this company was. In fact, I moved out of my community partially because I no longer wanted to deal with this property management (who have since been fired!).Our community tried to unite with this company to work for the greater good, but unfortunately, it often felt like our efforts were met with resistance. The poor state of the community at the time reflects the impact of their management. While managing a community is a significant responsibility, it does not excuse the extremely poor service, stressful communication, and disrespect we received, nor the instances of attempted intimidation, bullying and control at board meetings (which did not work on me).Simple issues that should have been promptly resolved lingered for weeks, only to reoccur continuously. Resolutions were rarely met. Major concerns were often dismissed or ignored. Phone calls and emails frequently went unanswered. Needed paperwork took weeks to get. Their terrible practice and disrespectful attitude fractured the board, the community, and the property management, preventing us from working together for the betterment of the community. The community suffered because of it on multiple levels. There is a reason why this property management has an F rating with the BBB and was fired from our community. My research shows that this company has an overall rating of zero stars across all platforms. If you are looking to buy a home and the property management is 5150, RUN!Review fromTsehainesh T

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the *** fees and services at 5150 Community. We understand your frustration and would like to provide some clarity. First, we would like to break down the *** fees of $525.00 per month. A significant portion of these fees, specifically $339.20, is allocated towards essential expenses such as insurance, reserve contributions, and landscaping. These are critical for maintaining the safety, aesthetics, and overall value of our community. Regarding the swimming pool and clubhouse, we acknowledge that their current closure is inconvenient. Please be assured that repairs are actively underway. However, we are experiencing delays due to the City's permitting process and the need to meet updated code requirements. We are hopeful that these facilities will be back in service within the next few months. Please note that decisions about community services and fees are made by the Board, not the management company. Should you have additional questions, please feel free to call ************.Review fromTIMOTHY M

1 starNearly useless, overpaid lousy Contractors, seems be the make a mess whatever they do. Plow snow tear up rock beds, rocks crushed by cars more of a mess. Trim trees, half a** cleanup leaving branches and twigs below for someone else to pick up. Mow grass unevenly tear up grass with large yellow Chariot. leave tire marks and embedded grass on the sidewalks, disturb mulch around the trees. Yards full of weeds. use a blower to disperse clippings and create a mess in the streets and upon freshly cut grass that in a couple days turns brown on the green grass below making it look unsightly. Clumps of grass here and there. Then have the nerve to call the company ************** Landscape) High Quality Maintenance aka PERFORMANCE NOT PROMISES. WHAT A CROCK. YEAH, THAT'S THE ***** OF AFFFAIRS WITH THESE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES 5150 COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT AND CPMS. ALL TALK DUES INCREASING MANAGERS WITHOUT GOOD PERFORMANCE FOR THE HOMEOWNERS. IF YOU CALL YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE SENT TO A VOICE MAIL AND MAY RECEIVE A CALL BACK. IN A WEEK OR TWO. YEAH GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. 5150 AND CPMS FAR FROM BEING A GOOD, CARING MANAGEMENT COMPANY WITH GENUINE CONCERN FOR THE HOMEOWNERS.Review fromLESLIE T

1 starI am very disappointed in the performance of this *** management company. I have been trying for several weeks to obtain *** documents from the management staff which are not (but should be) posted on the *** portal. Finally today I received a partial and inaccurate response to my fourth inquiry. They really are poor communicators, and the staff doesn't seem well informed on where things stand with what is going on in the community. The property manager assigned to our particular condominium association stated in the March 2024 meeting that our *** is "doing well," but our community is severely underfunded in the reserve account, among other things. Our property manager doesn't provide strong leadership and give clear-cut advice on important issues. I was a career real estate attorney who worked with ***s for decades, and I am stymied by the lack of communication and attention to detail.Review fromSharon S

1 starI have lived in townhome communities most of my life and this management company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with!!! The only thing they are good at is raising the *************** and collecting money. DO NOT move into any condo or townhome community with 5150 as a management company! Here is what you will deal with:*Landscaping is sub par at best *Check your gutters after they clean them, they are good at doing every other one.*Tree trimming (maintenance) is almost non existent! Do not stand under any large tree in this neighborhood! Warn your kids not to climb them!*Fences are down after major wind storm last week. Fences will still be down months from now. *Homeowners are putting up plastic garden fences because the *** continues to stall on the New Fence Program. I have waited since I moved in (2015) for a new fence...still waiting. The president got his new fence just FYI. *Snow removal is hit or miss. Good luck getting out of your garage or driveway after they pile the snow up behind your vehicle.*They are really good at NOT responding to issues or safety concerns *Lock up your water spickets. They broke a pipe inside my home trying to find a leak in the roof in the dead of winter! They refused to fix the broken pipe and told me it was my problem because it was inside my home. Moral of the story, if you have anything that needs to be addressed in the communities that are managed by this company, you've hit a dead end. They will collect your *************** then YOU will turn around and pay to have work done yourself. Stay far away from communities that are managed by 5150!!Review fromSara F

I was directed to this site and advised of the rating by one of the owners in our HOA, it's bothered me so much for the last 3 days that I had to write a review. **** has helped us tremendously, I have served on the board and worked with HOAs for about 10 years, I understand that not everyone is going to be happy with some situations and decisions - but to blast this company is unfair. They have helped us immensely after we were left in a bad situation by a previous management company, through communication, BOD education, industry knowledge, financial management, and overall focus on COMMUNITY, good judgement and fairness, all with a pleasant attitude towards some that choose to do nothing but complain! THANK YOU ****!!!!5150 Community Management

2 starsI have to say most of our neighbors are very very disappointed by ****. This summer when they started our common area, grass looked the worst it ever has. Weed, dying grass and just unkept looking. We were told there is a learning curve. What ?? You didnt hire a professional and experience landscaping crew? We have very little grass in Anthology but it look horrible - nothing was done !! Considering our HOA fees went up considerably they are unresponsive- detached from our community and over promise and under deliver. Currently we have a major ice issue but nothing has been done and its a huge hazard.Review fromRachael R

1 starFor the last couple years during snow storms this HOA has hired a company to shovel our parking lot. Every single time this company has come out to shovel our snow they have left a huge snow mound right in front of my car blocking me in my parking spot. There has been a couple times where I couldnt go into work because the snow was blocking my right of way. I dont even want to know what it would be like if I had a serious emergency because I literally am unable to leave my parking spot. When I contacted the **** specifically *******, asking her to please make sure the company doesnt leave a snow mound in front of my car, she told me there is nothing she can do. She refused to help me problem solve so this doesnt continue happening in the future. Instead she told me to have compassion and respect for the people who do the physical labor. I am not sure how me asking them and her not to place the snow directly in front of my car, which is keeping me from being able to leave my parking spot with my property, is being disrespectful or not compassionate. I dont understand how that has anything do to with this. I simply do not want to have a snow mound placed in front of my vehicle blocking me from leaving. There is a fence on the side of my vehicle and behind my vehicle. There is also a car parked right next to me. So when there is a snow mound placed in front of me I am literally blocked into my spot. I am simply fed up with ******* and the lack of responsibility she takes for any problems. I dont understand how someone who manages multiple properties is unable to problem solve and help the people who are being affected by these events. She just doesnt care and it is so frustrating to have someone who is supposed to work with the owner/tenant to help solve problems but instead she lacks compassion for others and tries to manipulate the situation so she doesnt have to deal with it.
