            I subscribed to Sling TV last month to watch Wimbledon. Sling TV has a technical issue preventing it from working on a Macbook. I wasn't able to use Sling at all. The issue was acknowledged and logged by Sling's tech support. I asked for a partial refund for the service outage but was told Sling wouldn't issue a refund even when it's Sling's fault.

            THIS IS A STRAIGHT SCAM! I SPOKE SPECIFICALLY TO 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS BEFORE I GOT THE SUBSCRIPTION. I ASKED THEM ABOUT THESE SPECIFIC CHANNELS I WANTED TO WATCH AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT ID HAVE THEM BIT AS SOON AS I GOT IT. THE CHANNELS I WANTED WAS NOT ON THERE. EVEN THOUGH I ASKED. TWICE! SO I HAD THE SERVICE FOR ABOUT 20 MINS AND IT WASNT WHAT I WANTED SO I TRIED TO CANCEL AND GET MY FUNDS BACK AND THEY REFUSED SO NOW I HAVE SOMETHING THAT ILL NEVER LOOK AT AND THEY HAVE MY MONEY. SAYING THAT I WONT GET A REFUND.. NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND IF I HAD IT FOR SOME DAYS OR WEEKS BUT I LITERALLY JUST SIGNED UP AND CANCELED IT SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THATS IT. WHY WOULD YOU NOT REFUND ME. DON'T SO IT. THEY ADVERTISE SPORTS BUT THERES A CATCH THEY WANT YOU TO ADD ON SPORTS WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO BE ALREADY IN THE ORANGE AND BLUE PACKAGE THAT I SIGNED UP FOR. SO WHY DO I HAVE TO ADD ON ANOTHER $15 FOR IT. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED ***** BEFORE I SIGNED UP. HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING BOUT HAVING TO ADD ON. BE SAID IT WAS INCLUDED
