If you are financing a car through Sharpest Rides in hopes that this will build your credit, youre wrong! We went in here looking to finance a car, we were put on the first time buyers program. Well we were here we explained to everyone what our plan was, giving them more than enough chance to say something. We waited for our paper work, while sitting there they wanted us to give them a good review before proceeding with our paperwork. Also, they promised that they would get us a new key because our wasnt working properly. They gave us a 3 day window to report any issues. So when we got home we reported it and they said theres not warranty on this vehicle, theres nothing we can do! Whatever. Fast forward almost a year, we are trying to get some help to buy the home we live in. Thinking that my credit score has got to be good for all those double payments and on time payments. Nope!!! We found out the hard way, the Sharpest Rides financing company does NOT report anything to the credit bureaus! This is extremely frustrating! We had a 21% apr because we were first time buyers, now when we go to finance a car through someone else we will have to be first time buyers AGAIN!!! I just wish they had been honest about that but instead chose silence. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO REBUILD/BUILD YOUR CREDIT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been out of a car since the beginning of this year, left stranded, and now a hurt credit because of this dealership selling me two lemons and in between those two lemons a lease car that broke down as well. not even a month of having my first Car the engine blew up while In the dealerships possession. I had no choice of taking my money back and going elsewhere so one of the managers (****) put me into a jeep renegade stating "I would feel safe enough to put my own grandchild in this car" so I bought it. That vehicle was in my possession for not even a week and in theirs for about a month and a half before deciding to actually paying off that loan when telling me, documents and emails to prove, that these vehicles and current loan will not be my responsibility to deal with. Now I had to file a dispute because that now loan is under my credit report. I called and was hung up on multiple times as well with "I will give you a call back can I get your information?" Bull c*** It took me to go in with stand by officers for them to pay off that loan?? No this company needs to be shut down. I understand people make mistakes but dealerships should never take advantage to this extent with someone. Lucky I didn't go to court because they even said themselves it would cost More money out of their pocket to go to court than take those two lemons back. That tells you something. If you want to do business here by all means but there is fraud and at that point of them not paying off that loan when having that car for almost two months is theft.

Zero if I was able to give that. We purchased a car for our teen son. When we took it off the lot they said that they had completed an emissions test and it had passed. After he had driven it for a bit it began to smoke and there were noises that were concerning. We took it to OUR mechanic as our trust with Sharpest Rides was ruined as we had found out the emissions test that they did had failed. Our mechanic found that the front axel was cracked, the drivers side ball joint was broken, the head gasket was destroyed, the radiator needed to be replaced, all the vacuum lines were leaking oil, as well as the intake manifold, the timing belt, camshaft and crank shafts, and the water pump all needed to be replaced. Turns out the emissions test they did failed and was the same month that we had purchased the car and most likely was due to the blown head gasket which is what led to the damage our mechanic found. We have had the car for two months and the third month was at the mechanics getting all of the issues properly fixed. We will be looking into the "Lemon Law" that Colorado has in place and making sure that we are reimbursed fully for the money that we have had to put into the car as the warranty that we pay for with our loan is a sham as well. We were told by them that we were supposed to take it back to Sharpest Rides for them to inspect it and have it sent to a mechanic from there. This is not what was communicated to us when it was purchased, as we were told to take it to any certified mechanic and send in the invoices for reimbursement by the salesman and the financial lender. My response to that was that they ignored it all in the first inspection prior to selling it to us. I do not trust this business and their shady practices and would not want them "inspecting" a bicycle let alone a car.

NO STARS! This was your typical *************** scenario. The car we called about on Tuesday was miraculously NOT on the lot upon our arrival on Wednesday. They showed up a more expensive car, which we immediately said we could not afford. Finally, after trips into the back room to speak with..... I don't know .... the Wizard of Oz, ********, *****, offered a price we could afford. ******************* wrote up an agreement for that price, asked us to sign it, we did, whereupon a totally different employee-- one we had yet to speak with or even see -- entered the conversation and killed the deal ***** the Salesman had brokered with us. Conversations with the *** *************************, were fruitless with him saying it must have been a "misunderstanding." Indeed it was a misunderstanding -- between Salesman ***** & the big guy who killed the deal. GM ***************************** promise to "get more details & try to come up with a way to make this right" was empty & little more than lip service. Our follow-up calls went unanswered and unreturned. **************** runs a disorganized shop offering little to no integrity & good faith. This interaction lacked common courtesy, ******************* Do yourself a huge favor! NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP !!!

They sold me a car telling me the only history is two owners, rental owners. I have taken it to the shop and found they had done a bad paint job covering damage that was not previously there the shop found. I called to ask for them about it and got hung up on.

Horrible place to buy a car. They are nice when buying it, and even ask for a good review right away, and people fall for it, but then once you leave the lot within DAYS or WEEKS it breaks down, and when they claim to fix it they only CLEAR the codes and do nothing at all. We were told work was done, but then was told by mechanic that work was not done, but yet the other place is saying it was done that supposedly worked on that kind of car. Funny how one place said codes popped up and one of them was dangerous but yet when we took it there, they claim nothing is wrong with it at all and no check engine light was on at all. Parents please do not let your kids get cars from here. I do not want them to get us some kind of serious accident because theyre so concerned about wanting to take your money and sell your car, but theyre not worried about anything else. Look at all the reviews SMH this place needs to be torn down!!! Be aware before getting a car from these crooks! Also record everything because thats how they got caught in a lie!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. I don't think the Sharpest rides has any intentions of providing a safe and reliable product to their customers. Their only objective is to make money from their customers on both ends of the deal. They under pay for their trade ins and over charge for the cars they sell. They do not inspect the cars they sell for safety or defects. They sell cars they know full well will not run or are safe and cover this up with quick fixes and temporary solutions so that the customer has known idea what state the car is actually in. It's such bad business and what's even sadder is that the laws in ******** allow for this type of sales. The only way to stop this type of shady business is to NOT BUY OR SELL TO THE SHARPEST RIDES AT ALL.

I came in for a audi s5 that was on the website. When I got there they wouldn't tell me the cars was damaged and in next-gen for repairs for 2 days. When I finally just popped up there I found another car I wanted a 2017 white q50 2.0t we did all the paperwork and I bought the vehicle. 2 months later the cars stalls while driving. Not even putting 5000 miles on it I take it back for warranty work (nextgen) they never fixed the problem and only made it worse. So I go back to the dealer and they low ball me on buying the car back. I kept the car and took it to infiniti and they ran a laundry list of things to get the car back in running shape. Sharpest rides don't check there cars and if they have next gen do it it really ain't getting done. I took the list back to next gen and they said they fixed it all (which they didnt). I go to pick up my car just to sit in their office while they look for my key for a whole hour. When I finally get into my car everyone's car keys was in my car on a big key ring I promptly returned it to them just to shake my head. When I get back my check engine light popped back on. I took it back to infiniti and they showed me all of what they did and they just rigged my car for a quick fix ***** down the hole and in still fixing all the problems.
