  ******** owner with zero integrity. To not only misdiagnose my dog, waste my time, never apologize and then redirect blame toward me because "we are limited by the clients willingness to pursue and ability to pay for diagnostics" is not only false but entirely condescending when you shoulder the responsibility of his misdiagnosis. On zero of his first THREE visits did a deny diagnostics that were recommended. I was willing to do and pay for anything which is what I eventually did. He saw 11 veterinarians AFTER 4 visits between your two clinics. I hope no one is ever as desperate as I was to settle for such dismissive care. On his THIRD visit at YOUR clinic with YOU, you spent the entire time talking about what a revolutionary drug Librela was and how great it would be for his condition. Not one note or recommendation about seeing a specialist was made. I believed you because I wanted it to be something as simple as arthritis, you wanted it to be arthritis because it would be an easy pay day. I did not have an "inability to pay for diagnostics" - they were simply never offered. The one diagnostic I denied was a test for a UTI at his FOURTH visit when I finally realized how my time was being wasted. His pain wasn't caused by a UTI - the very first blood test, 6 weeks prior, showed that something was wrong. Every single doctor he saw, ignored it. Your clinic only cares about rotating patients in for routine medicine and the most basic care. No one here is a good doctor. They all have horrible judgement.

  Admin staff sinks this place. They would not format an invoice my pet insurance would accept, then accused me of asking them to falsify the documents. The vet and rehab person were fine.

  Tender Care Veterinary Center is amazing! They have been our veterinary hospital of choice for 4 years and we could not ask for a better hospital! They took great care of our dog when he was hit by a car, the entire team was compassionate and made loosing him to this tragedy easier to handle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services.

  They killed our dog. A routine procedure aspirated our dog, who we then took in 4 more times in 24 hours. They kept saying nothing was wrong with him, until he was almost dead. They recommended we take him to ********************. He died that night, despite the emergency centers efforts. This is something that should have been caught, and never even caused. They then attempted to buy our silence by offering to cover our extensive medical bills in return for signing an NDA. See the full story on yelp or ****** reviews.
