              I ordered three cute shoes for my kids in April 2022. I got tracking info which showed they didn't go anywhere. I emailed with no reply and then decided it was my own fault to buy from someone with no refunds or cancelations. October 2022 (six MONTHS later) I got a letter in the mail with store credit for the full amount plus a little extra and an apology saying the shoes got lost in shipping. So I bought more and ended up having to pay a bit more and get less cause the prices changed and mh kids were bigger now. November 2022 I placed my order and as I look today Sept 2023 they are "shipped" but not moving anywhere. I'm extra frustrated because I was duped into spending even more money thinking it was an honest mistake, but no.

              I ordered in May of 2022, still no shoes. In April of 2022 they made a label but never actually gave a package to the USPS. After many attempts to contact the company and no response we eventually received a coupon code in the mail to reorder. That didn't include enough or the cost for shipping so we were charged additional money to replace our first order that never got shipped. We reordered in Jan of 2023. We still have no shoes. Though they have once again printed a label in Feb and now in April we got another email claiming our order was on its way though they still haven't been shipped. I have no confidence we will ever get the shoes. Very frustrating, I try to be patient because it has been a tough few years but if you cannot actually make and ship shoes in under 6 months...you probably aren't a make to order shoe company. At this point I need to talk to my credit card company about the fraud/theft. If they wish to be an actual business they should probably switch to only selling shoes they have already made, since the made to order plan seems to not work for them.
