Had a very bad sewer back up in my house, about 6 in the evening. Called Drain Solvers, they said they couldn't come then but would come 9 -11 am next morning. Showed up about 11 am, then told us (very rudely) they couldn't do it because they were afraid they would get stuck in the snow (about 3"). They had already driven up the driveway which is the only part that can be a problem. Now, 16 hours later, we still can't use water or drains, and are starting over from scratch. Would NEVER recommend this company.Drain Solvers The Pros Response

The customers house was out in the county and had an extra long dirt driveway. Up a hill and down a hill to the house. We could not take the chance at getting stuck or veering off the driveway into a ditch.Review from Todd F

Had a new sewer line installed at my home using the pipe burst method. My contact was with the owner of the company who gave me an honest assessment of the trouble followed by a very competitive bid. The installation crew were polite, knowledgable, and very hard workers. I highly recommend.Review from Bob M
