??FRONT RANGE LANDSCAPING ??Ive never done this type of warning and bad review but today its a must as a warning!!! HORRIBLE-????HORRIBLE ??Purchased **** foot Blue Spruce Tree with Soil **** in June 2020 and previous tree removal for a premium price of $1600!!! Took them forever to come out and Installed in August 2020 Gorgeous evergreen until June 2021 of this year! So got through end of summer and fall and spring and winter watering (10 months) when it began to die from the TOP down not the bottom up so clearly not due to lack of root ball being watered!!! The weirdest tree death Ive ever witnessed! I Followed every watering instruction and clearly anyone who has visited our gardens can see I have over 30 years experience as a successful gardener and did additional watering of all our trees this year due to hot temps I even brought back 6 hedge trees from severe winter burn last year when it looked as though all hope was gone! So Id like to think I know a little about gardening and landscaping??Also all our other 5 evergreen trees are thriving! Showed FRONT RANGE all documentation and they refuse to honor the warranty saying we didnt water enough and dehydrated the tree Offered zero replacement or discounts to replace! So that did it for me NEVER AGAIN- if you See their ads or pass their establishment in ********* ******** ??RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION ??Unbelievable to me that a company is that cheap and the lack of ensuring customers have great satisfaction is shocking ????***** and I have been owners of a contracting business for decades and never treated our customers like this! APPALLING
