    The project started in May with a two month timeline, and we still have no end in sight as the job is unfinished and they will not respond to us. In addition to the numerous punch list items, there are two holes under the vanity that go straight to the studs. No drywall- just free floating pipes with huge holes (2x2 foot+ each hole). Our mirror was installed by cutting into the drywall (without asking us which we would not have approved), both faucets on the vanity were scratched during installation, we were charged $850 for a non existent dumpster and now they will not respond and set a date to complete the project and the punch list . We have texts confirming that all of these issues, including the punch list items below, would be addressed and now they will not respond. Punch list: Complete grouting, chipped tile, paint touch-up, drywall repair, trim repair/replacement that was damaged during construction, unfinished wood trim that needs to be finished, ******** edging that was installed incorrectly, tiles on the shower floor that are not flush, bolts on the toilet not cut to size and the vanity light is not properly installed (and a s**** is missing) so it is not stable on the wall. In addition, the plumbing sub they hired stole a bucket and tape measure from us and used our kitchen towels to clean up construction messes. They also left drug paraphernalia out in our garage. We were assured these items would be addressed and a check would be cut to us to cover new faucets and the new mirror (the original cannot be reused due to the way they jammed it into our drywall) and the items taken/ruined by their plumber. We've paid them almost $23k for an unfinished product in good faith because they told us they would take care of it. This is a vacation home and we were not there to monitor the progress and issues as it was ongoing and they seem to have tried to take advantage of that. We have paid in full and would like the job done in full as well.
