Horrible experience! We expected a retaining wall to be built along the sides of the steps that he was pouring and confirmed it with him more than once before receiving the bid, after reviewing the bid and confirming it the day that the work started. When the framing was done, it didn't look like it was going to be done so my husband asked again. The owner said, "Oh yeah, we'll do that". We left for work and when we came back, they had already finished pouring and the wall wasn't completed correctly.Also, the framing for the sidewalks would have put them below our existing lawn. Had to ask him if that was the correct way to do it and he told my husband "Oh I didn't notice that." That was corrected before the concrete was poured. Says he has 20 years of experience?They also didn't clean up and left ************** scraps laying around.
