    Took our money. Never finished the job. Gave excuses at first then stopped responding to calls/texts altogether. Buyer beware!

    We thought we were hiring All about Trees to trim trees at our house. In May 2022, we sent a $250 deposit. He failed to show up and continuously had excuses why he never came. Car accident, no truck, "depressing" life changes. I did my research and found good reviews on this company so I'm not sure what has happened. However, now that I'm asking for my deposit back, he has become unresponsive.

    I hired All About Trees to trim a tree on my property he needed half of cost for deposit. He failed to show up and after messaging him few times what hold up was he made an excuse or said he was on his way which never happened. I asked for my deposit back and he become non responsive. For future clients I would make sure he does the job before giving him any money! Poor business professional. If he would if refunded my money i would of just forgot about it.
