            I've succesfully used Delta Dental for several years, but on January 1, 2024 I began a new policy with Delta Dental confirmed through Connect for Health Colorado. I assumed they would cancel the old policy when the new one took effect, but I continued to get billed $57.50 each month on my **** for the old policy despite the new policy being paid via my checking account. When I phoned them, they stated that they wouldn't cancel the old policy until September. This is highly frustrating as I'm STILL THEIR customer, just with a different account number.

            Worst insurance ever. I've had them for 9 yrs through my employer never have I used them. So I finally decided to file a claim which I had already pad for services. I paid $10,000 had major surgery and a lot of work that had to be done. Delta only paid me $400 after 9 yrs of having coverage and paying my premiums. I can't even give them half a star. But I had to or couldn't post this

            This account was located using information provided by the reviewer.  The reviewer's benefit plan includes a provision whereby the maximum amount that can be paid in the benefit year is $1,500.00, regardless if this coverage was previously used.  Regarding the claim mentioned, Delta Dental paid $422.00. Subsequent claims received were processed and the total amount paid by Delta Dental for the reviewer's 2023 treatment is $1,500.00, the maximum amount that can be paid per the terms of the administrative services contract. Due to these terms, no further payments can be issued for these services.
