      I completed a 60 hour course for my VA real estate license through CE Shop. I also completed an additional practice exam course after purchasing an extension. I don't know why but the practice test I took didn't apply toward the final and now CE Shop states I have to repurchase and complete the entire course again and that the extension either isn't applicable or is unavailable (they didn't answer my last email). The practice exam I took isn't applying toward the course and I can't get my certificate to schedule my state exam. I want CE Shop to honor the extension so I can schedule my state exam.

      On July 29, 2024 I purchased $240.00 worth of SAE classes to renew my real estate license. I was logging in regularly to do the online classes, but then the website started having problems and would not let me log in. ON TWO separate occasions 8/24 and 8/25 of 2024 I kept getting error messages that would time me out. I didn't have a problem with my computer's cookies because I regularly maintain my browsers. I also do the classes on my mobile phone. Since the website is so unreliable I would like a refund and acknowledgement of my problem. When I called in 9/4/24 the customer service person said "yes we've been having issues. but we have a strict refund policy." so basically they know the website isn't working to full optimal level for customers but they expect people to PAY FOR IT? That is unacceptable. I want others to know the CE shop is unreliable and has poor customer service. I would also like to be reimbursed my $240.00 so I can take my SAE classes elsewhere.

      I purchased a $60.00 CE course from CE-Classes.com because the company stated that Georgia Ethics 5 hour CE course met the licensing requirements for Georgia and the course was verified by the ************************ I notified the company the course offering does not meet the requirements of *********************** because it's a non-interactive course and requested a refund. They have ignored my calls and emails and changed their course description after I requested a refund for not being sold a course that met licensing requirements.

      I was in my 20-hour SAFE course and was in the process of taking the final exam and was kicked out of the program. I went to my course home page, and it showed I needed to repurchase the course at a 50% discounted rate. Confused and not knowing what was going on, I tried to reach their support team, but they were closed. I reached out the next morning and got ahold of customer service only to be told that they cannot let me back into the exam to take the final exam and that the course kicks you out on the last day you are able to take the course and it's effective at 11 pm CST time zone, I am in PST time zone. This hardly seems fair as that does not allow people to work on their time zones, let alone this is a course for compliance in the real estate and mortgage industry yet their own site isn't even accurate. As you will see in one of the photos provided it shows that you should be able to see your progress, how much time you have left, and the percentage completed, but you cant. As you will see in another screen shot I sent, it only shows the date you have to complete the course by with no option to see your progress or percentage of where you are in the course, so that in itself is inaccurate and also not very impressive when they are trying to teach us about false or inaccurate advertising and doing things correctly and accurately yet they don't themselves. Not to mention, the site is currently down as I type this report and there is no technical help available. This is now setting me back on my time I have set aside and am available to work on the course. I set aside time to take the course since you are only allowed a certain amount of time to complete the course, yet I cannot access the course. Very frustrating.

      The course is not eligible for a refund as it has expired, and the new course is beyond 50% completed. Our refund policy states that if you are unsatisfied for any reason, The CE Shop will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than fifty percent (50%) complete. 

      MLO National Pre-Licensing courses have a specified start and end date. Students must select their course start date within 90 days of purchase. Once the start date has been selected, students will have that day plus an additional 12 full calendar days to complete their course. The course cannot be extended beyond that timeframe. Students are advised on the expiration period, and assignment requirements, in the course orientation and course syllabus. The course orientation requires students to acknowledge they understand the policies and requirements before they can advance in the course. The course syllabus does also note the expiration time of the course.  Once the start date is selected, you will have that day plus 12 more full calendar days to complete your course. Your course will expire at 11:59pm CST on the 12th full calendar day.

      I purchased the *********** Prelicensing course from the CEShop and had completed 40% of the course when the link broke and the webpage would not load. The course would not advance. I tried everything to reload the page, log out and log in again and nothing worked. The online course was broken. The company advertises that they provide 24/7 support. This is NOT true. The chat conversation and calls to customer service resulted in my being told that they would 'submit a ticket' to IT and someone would get back to my in three days. I took time off of my regular job to take this course. I teach at a major university and this is absolutely unacceptable that an online course would break and three days would go by before it gets fixed. I requested that they reload ar even add a new RE course to my account and they did nothing to resolve this matter.This company sells products that their technology fails to support and is fraudulently marketing that they have 24/7 technical support. The customer service representative who took my call told me they get calls like this every day from their RE customers.*******************, *********************************** and CEO *******************, LEAP is failing and your customers are not the only ones noticing. ************* and others will be next.This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates how little you value your customers.

      CE SHOP puts an expiration date on their courses and if you pass that deadline, we will have to pay a second time. I bought it on 12/31/2023 as the sales kept calling me and informing me of the current promotions that are going on. So I did purchase the course and found out that the lessons are boring and involve too many clicks. I started about 2% of the entire course and then I was busy with my jobs. No emails or text messages informing me that the course will expire soon. When I just realized now, it was just too late. They refuse to give me a refund for the course that I had started only 2%.

      Regarding our refund policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, The CE Shop will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than 50% completed. 

      The course was purchased on 12/31/2023 and is accessible for one year after the purchase.  The course will expire on 12/30/2024, which is listed in the account with the course, and the course expiration policy is disclosed in the terms and conditions that must be accepted before purchase. 

      Prior to the purchase, the option to utilize a free trial of the course was taken, which does give the student seven days to try the course and see the format.  Upon calling into The CE Shop on 12/13/2023, our agent did advise further on how the course worked and the format of the material.

      I used The ** Store to renew my ****************** license and twice I contacted ******************** asking for an update on my licence renewell and twice I was told that the CE Shop would be in touch with me within 48 hours, once on July 26th and again on August 1st and I still have not received any updates from them, and I have not received my new license which means I cannot due any business. What should I do to get this issue resolved? Thank you for any help your can provide. ***************************

      To renew an Oregon real estate license, 30 hours of continuing education is required. Currently, only one 3-hour course has been completed in your account.  Once the remaining 27 hours are completed, the license may be renewed through the state.  We have advised you of the remaining hours you still need to complete over the phone on 7/20/24, and through email on 7/26/24 and 8/1/24.

      bait and switch.They offer tuition reimbursement if you interview with their affiliated brokerage.Once passed the exam, they said the course you purchased was not a Tuition Reimbursement eligible course, unless I join their brokage. The course basically just offer you online books, the practice exams is completely different from the actually exam, lots of new information that weren't offered in the online course nor practice exams.

      I purchased a pre licensing course from the CE Shop and despite scoring 100% in all their catagories I failed the exam by 2% twice. After the second fail, I messaged and called several times over a month ago on where to locate in their curriculum info regarding 1-4 unit dwellings & 5+. I received a scathing email from ***************** accusing me of giving them the EXACT question which is illegal. I couldnt remember the EXACT question and was asking SEVERAL times where to locate the information. Shes REFUSING to give me any direction and theres is NOTHING I can locate in their curriculum.

      The company did not honor the terms of its referral program. I am owed a $25 gift card for referring a customer who made a purchase over $200. The company claims the purchase needed to be a "real estate course". However, this condition was not specified anywhere in the ad or its terms and conditions.
