      Scam Company I ordered cold air intake for my lexus. the order completed & waited for the part. after 1 week they email me that they can't ship this item to California, and they gave me 2 options. either spend my $400 with them or they cut 10% for canceling the order. i contacted them , that i want my order or my money back. they told me 10% cut from your money for restocking fee. although they didn't ship anything. stay away from this company. you will loose your money

      Their website will say they are happy to accept returns - let me tell you - good luck! I have sent 5 emails, made 4 phone calls and after 11 days I still have not received "approval" to mail a return for a refund. And supposedly, if they do allow you to return an item, then have up to TWENTY-ONE days to issue a refund. So yes, plan on being out a significant amount of money (car parts aren't cheap) for at least 6 weeks. Also, plan on wasting a ton of your own time to make the return even happen. I've asked for a return label and assured the customer service dept they will NEVER have to deal with me again, because I will never buy another item from them.

      This company sent me an item that did not fit my truck, they agreed to accept the return but at my expense. $332 for shipping back to them, the part didnt cost that much. Plus they require a $25 restocking fee. Stay away go to American Trucks, when you have an issue they pay for the return and will help you find the correct part or return your money. My company will never buy a truck part from this company again. Keep your money!!!!

      Product received was not as advertised. Be careful what you order! It took me a month to get the product, and when it was not what I needed they didn't want to take it back. Their excuse? "We do not advertise the internals of the mufflers."Customer service was rude and argumentative. He had an excuse for everything they had done. I felt their policy is "the customer is always wrong". I don't know yet, but I think they are going to charge me an outrageous restocking fee. Be very cautious ordering from them!

      The product was received as advertised with a copy of the listing provided to show the parts lined up with what was received.  The review provides a guess rather than fact regarding a restock fee.  The credit was issued without a restocking fee.

      Well maybe I should've looked at these reviews before I bought something from them. I waited several weeks for it to arrive direct from the vendor (not Throtl). We quickly determined it wouldn't work for our application so we returned it back to ******. After they inspected it they said they won't issue a refund because of the condition that it is in, used and *****. Well this is the way we received it and it never left the box. Nic in their "customer service" department refused to listen to reason and stood hardfast on their stance of no refund and refused to pass me up the chain to the owner or manager so I could discuss the matter with someone more reasonable. Terrible customer service, read all the other reviews here and you will see.

      Scammers waste your time. They list items for sale that they DO NOT HAVE and then put a tiny "pre-order" label on it that most people won't even see. All they do is drop ship and waste people's time I've had spark plugs on order for 2 months now and they still haven't shipped. Pathetic

      Ordered a brake line kit from Throtl, a company operated under Wheel Pros, LLC and they do not fit my ****** Xterra. The parts were a part of a bigger project (lift kit) that I was in the process of installing. By the time I was ready to install the brake lines, I realized they were not correct. The rear lines do not connect to my rear brakes, and the kit was completely missing the rear inner lines. They would not do anything for me since the order was placed more than 30 days prior. Which is irrelevant if youre selling a useless part claiming its compatable with a vehicle when it is NOT. They talked to the manufacturer to see if they would help me and all they did was say that ordered the correct part numberwhich means nothing if the part theyre selling isnt compatible. I then made a whole presentation with photos showing why the parts dont fit my vehicle, and they are still reluctant to help me out at all. So now Im stuck with parts that do not fit my vehicle and have to order them somewhere else. Waste of money.

We've reviewed the details of your order and the interaction with our team and would like to mention a few things. Because this order was initially purchased and delivered in November of 2023 (almost a year later), you would be ineligible for the standard returns process. That said, whenever a customer believes there may be a fault on our side of the transaction, we promise to do our due diligence to resolve it. We provided all of the details of your order and what you provided to the manufacturer (*********) for review, who confirmed that what you received was correct for the Year, Make, Model, and Sub-model that you provided our team. It was still offered for you to return the product to the manufacturer for a full refund, but unfortunately, you declined because shipping it back was inconvenient. 

         Unfortunately, that process is standard in the automotive space and not exclusive to us, especially when the manufacturer states you received the correct item. In hopes of resolving this amicably for both parties, we've issued you a refund for the order without shipping the product back as a one-time courtesy. We hope this will restore some faith and is a good solution for you to continue doing business with us.       Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these clowns! I purchased a set of NICHE Essen M147 20x9 wheels which they claimed it only weights 28 lbs per wheel. When the wheels arrived, I inspected and found out the wheels weight 33 lbs each. That's an additional 5 lbs per wheel with a total of 20 lbs more than advertised on their website. I attempted to contact them for a resolution which didn't include me paying for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping since the issue was on their end and not mine. **************** is non existence with minimal effort npc vibes of empty words and deceptive practices.
