      Bellco has reported me 30 days late when I was not 30 days late. This has resulted in 100 point drop from my credit score. I had a payment due for my Heloc loan on April 28th I made that payment on April 20th. My next bill hit starting I had a payment due for May 28th and I made that payment on June 13th. I made the payment 15 days late. Bellco reported me 30 days late which is untrue. I went into the branch then verified its incorrect and it was fixed. It is now showing the same thing again. I went into the branch and they said they could process a dispute and see what the dispute department says. I am asking that you ask them for my statements and see the due dates to show you that I was not ever 30 days late on this account. They advised me they did not have access to the statements in the bank. I am in the process of buying a home and this mistake could cost so much money they need to fix this.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have went into the branch three times, I have talked to customer service over the phone one time and the answer I get is that it will be reviewed. I have asked for my statements for months of April to July to be sent to me and have yet to receive them. The statements will prove that there has NEVER been a payment made 30 days late from any due date on the statements. Bellco has greatly dropped the ball in this case with no resolution since June. I am purchasing a home and I need this corrected. I have perfect credit no derogatories at all aside from this false late reporting its unacceptable. I want my statements reviewed by an actual person from bellco to prove that there is no 30 days late from any due date given to me. April 20th payment made for due date of April 28th. June 13th payment made for due date of May 28th- that is not 30 days late. This needs to be resolved with an outcome not We will review

      Bellco is continuing to report a closed paid off loan to all 3 credit bureaus as delinquent and having late payments. This has completely tanked my credit score. The loan was closed in 2017. They reported late payments in 2022 well after the loan was completely paid off.

      Lease End: Your lease for a 2021 ***** Passport was due in June 2024.Completion: You followed the process to return the vehicle: made your final payment, completed the virtual inspection, and had the vehicle picked up by their vendor.Notification: You received confirmation that the process was complete and that it would take ***** days for the final invoice.Credit Issue: On August 7, 2024, you were notified by Experian that you were 30 days overdue on a $26K payment (residual value) for the vehicle you already returned.Resolution Attempts: You contacted Bellco Credit Union. They confirmed you followed the correct process but are waiting for the final invoice from the inspection. You requested they address the credit issue. They transferred you to collections, but you only reached voicemail.Your main concern is resolving the credit issue and getting confirmation from Bellco that you are not overdue on any payments.

      I banked with Bellco Credit Friday, July 19, ******************************************************** I contact them Saturday July 20, 2024 let them know about ATM transaction of $200.00 that was not made by me they've told me to wait Monday, July 22, 2024 I went there at the local branch talk to them *************************************** in person I was told they were busy but they will do their best to look it the carema and refund my money, they've call me left a message to call them back at this number ************ it a voice message number I contacted ************* they've refused to talk to me by saying they are busy. nothing it's solved that what I contacted BBB to get this problem solve for me to get my money back. Each time I would go to their branch they would have poor and nasty attitude toward for the reason I do not I have my money with them and now started to feel unsecured and disrespected for no reason.

      In June 2024 I sent Bellco what I believed to be my final car payment. After sending off the payment I get a letter saying there was a credit reporting error that was discovered so I checked into it and see that my credit dropped over 100 points due to this error that I had no control of. We were told it would take a few days to correct but its been over 20 days and no adjustment has been made. When I speak with a representative they tell me my loan is all paid and good but my credit report says otherwise. I am having to relocate for work but unable to lock down a property with this on my credit.

It may take a few days before the member sees the changes reflected in their credit report,and even longer for it to be reflected in any third-party credit monitoring systems used by certain members.       I had a checking account with them and i lost my job. I had a $10 charge and a $24 charge pull from my account that was insufficient funds. They have now charged me over $1500 in fees. And now want to send me to collections for the fees for only $34 worth of charges that bounced. They refuse to give me a copy of the statement to see all of the fees and just want me to pay them with out seeing the charges first or negotiating the charges. They also closed my account so i cant see the charges online.

      My son and I had a car loan through this company. Everything was fine. No late payments and we recently paid it off. The loan was paid off a few months ago. Credit reports showed no discrepancies. Then 2weeks ago my credit was hit for almost 100 points because someone at the company changed the report to 120days late through the whole length of the loan. I am in the process of purchasing a home and need them to fix it but no one will call me or my son back and they will not return my emails sent. I have pictures of my report that show it was great payment history and that the loan was paid off in full.(I will not post my pictures here). Im still waiting on someone to get in contact with either my son or myself or fix the error and restore my score back to the 790 that it was. I have put in a dispute with my credit but in order to purchase this house I need something in writing that it was an error on THEIR end. No luck, not sure what to do now. And now I may lose this house.,

      Paid my car off in March 2024 was told I would receive my title in approx. 10 days after, called mid-April since I never received it, was told they apologies they did not know why it didn't go out, but rest assure it will go out today. I then called back 2weeks later and was told May 6th it was mailed which I never received it, so I called back the end of May and was told they have no idea why I haven't received it but now would need a title release to be sent since they do not have the title, and was told this would be ***** to me and I would receive it the very next day. Which by now you can see where I am going with this because here, we are June 11 and nothing in hand. I called today and to no surprise was told it never got ***** to me and nobody knows why !!!!, but now I am supposed to believe that I will be receiving this title release tomorrow by *****. After you are lied to me for several months and this is supposed to be a financial institution who handles our money does not give me any confidence I would trust them with a dollar. I find it a total lack of customer service and a waste of all the time I have to spend on the phone on hold to be told the same thing over and over with no result. I would NEVER EVER TRUST BELLCO.

Like I mentioned this post was to let other consumers know how poor their customer service is.

      I paid off my auto loan on May 8, 2024 Bellco close the account and sent me my title work.Bellco reported to the credit agencies that my payments were 120 days late dating back to November 2022.This caused a 50+ point reduction in my credit score.I went to the dealership to buy my wife a car today and found out. This reduction in credit score will cost me over $5000.I called Bellco to ask them to report to the credit agency the correct information. They told me that would take up to two months. I do not have two months to wait to purchase this vehicle as my wife has to turn in her lease this week. Without a vehicle, my wife will lose her job which will cost us over $100,000 a year. I asked Bellco to fix the situation by offering me a credit loan based off of my credit score prior to their mistake bringing it down 50+ points. Bellco told me this was not possible and the best I could do was refinance my car in the future.
