Very negative experience with client advisor, ***** ******** and financial person, ******** ******. Neither ever contacted me about changing status from the intended co-signer to my sister's loan to the main buyer. My sister was doing a lease buy-out on her 2022 passport. On 4/7/25, I confirmed with the manager that I was going to co-sign the loan. I was asked to unfreeze my credit so reports could be obtained. I filled out an application since I was told it was needed as the co-signer. Although it listed me as "the applicant", Mr. ******** told my sister that he would fix it "on the back end" since she had already filled out paperwork so it wouldn't have to be repeated. My sister and her husband came into the dealership on Sat 4/12 to sign papers. I was not aware of any changes in the expectation of my being the co-signer and I was not present at the dealership. I saw that I was listed as "buyer" and my sister was listed as "co-buyer" and "co-signer", which was reversed. Mr. ******** said there was not a difference in loan responsibility and that it was run that way for better rates and fees. I argued that it was a different responsibility and he informed me that it was not. It was a highly emotional moment for my sister and a lot of pressure on me. The advisor gave me misinformation. It was a bait-and-switch, a very deceptive practice and one we did not discover until the high pressure close of the sale. I was never contacted by the advisor or financial ***** How inappropriate it is for the financial advisor, Ms. ******* to make that decision on my behalf? And Mr. ******** lacks accountability and knowledge. I am livid by their cavalier, sloppy, and unethical business practices. They ensued a high pressure sale with confusing and mis-information. How is this legal? Please avoid them at all costs. They used to have a good reputation and we had history with them. Never again. They are not to be trusted. I feel like I've been the victim of fraud again.

A known issue right before signing the final paperwork, was agreed upon to have the service department take a look after I extended all possibilities of fixing the **** pass app option (broken). They couldn't get my vehicle in until after the 48hr return period, when they did they said a ***lacement part was needed when originally it was only supposed to be a motem reset. The price not only seemed outrageous but they are trying to force me to cover it fully when it was a known issue beforehand. I called another **** dealership and found out that the price of the part is more than 50% cheaper than what Schomp Ford in ******, CO quoted me.***** was the sales *** and haven't had really an issues with him until recently. ******* direct manager ***** completely rude, condescending and had absolutely no care about the situation. Seemed like he couldn't get me out of the office fast enough and it was best that we did not continue to talk to each other so I left. *****, the **, I haven't had issues with him directly but he is also holding firm on this situation and all are unwilling to try to make this right or even just meet me halfway on this issue. After my truck got out of the shop from the original inspection of the motem, inspection only, my engine light came on and I have heard no response to it. I have given them multiple chances to try and make it right somehow even if it couldn't be the full coverage of the issue but they have not attempted to offer even a small *********** this point it just seems they are ignoring me as much as possible especially to get me outside of the 30 limited warranty window. This dealership has been incredibly unpleasant to do any work with and I 100% regret even considering doing business with them. I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. I do not trust anything they tell me at this point and I definitely don't trust my truck back in their shop with my engine light on now with no clue how or why.

Schomp has some of the worst customer service representatives I have ever seen before. A one star rating is too high. They got my number from a third party website and have not stopped harassing me, even calling on Sundays. Aly is the sales person's name and she must be awful at selling cars because she has called, texted, or emailed me over 25 times in the span of ********************************************************* writing, they continued to call me eight more times. The last time was today which has prompted me to leave these reviews. I will continue to bad mouth Schomp Automotive, leave reviews wherever I can and never recommend this company to any one I know looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Stay away from this dealer, they don't care one bit about people, only sales sales sales.

It has come to my attention that Schomp is now charging a 2% credit card fee for *************** & will not accept checks. For a company this size this is outrageous. Whats next? They wont take cash either?

Schomp's service department displayed a highly unprofessional and suggestive of racial bias delivery of auto repair. The following is a list of the egregious errors that left my family feeling mistreated for no obvious reason, except racial bias. That list:1. When putting in a new engine they actually left the old engine pan IN THE VEHICLE, leaving it for us to dispose of and doing damage to the interior itself (oil and dirt stains).2. They lost the keyfob for our Viper security system and refused to reimburse us for a new one.3. Having lost the fob, to gain entry to the vehicle they completely ruined the driver side keyhole.4. The engine light went off a matter of days after the new engine had been installed. The explanation given was that these things happen with mechanical devices. They claimed additionally that it was the O2 sensor but somehow this was unconnected to the engine (despite causing the error to register with the engine light?).There is a sign in their car bay that says they are not responsible for damage to cars. And that holds when they cause that damage? Absolutely terrible experience. Warning: If you are a person of color you will quite possibly receive sub-standard treatment from their service team, and even insulting nonchalant repairs to the point of destruction of your vehicle. And to top it all off was the entitled attitude the service manager (****) displayed. We were not customers who should count on a reasonably pleasant experience, rather we were underlings who probably shouldn't have come to ***** Schomp Hyundai. It is this latter that ended up being the most accurate assessment of our encounter with this service team. We shouldn't have come.

I just tried to purchase a vehicle from SCHOMP HYUNDAI in ******, **. I was open and transparent with my communication, timeframe (quick 2 days) and INTENTION to buy this used car. I was in constant communication with the sales person with at least 7-10 texts/calls within one day, trying to figure out a good way to get funds to dealership. They finally told me to get $18,000 CASH in hand, which I did on good faith THE NEXT MORNING. I texted the sales person I had the cash and was heading over to dealership to purchase car and they acknowledged. Within 10 mins, they called and said the car had been test-driven 1 hour earlier (which they scheduled) and the person was buying it. They claimed that because I had not signed the contract (they never said that was a hard-stop), the car was up-for-grabs. Despite me showing good-faith in all my actions and constant communication, they decided to pull the rug out from under my feet within 15 minutes of me arriving with CASH! SCHOMP DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON-COURTESY to call me and warn me someone was interested in the car, and I should get there quicker. SCHOMP is obviously only out to make the quickest money as possible, disregarding any sort of 'good-faith' or common decency in how they treat their customers, and not caring who they harm in the process. They should be ASHAMED at how they conduct their business as both sales people and as human beings. I spoke to several managers that day irate with how they treat people and they basically told me it was my fault for not signing the contract (again, they never conveyed to me that could break the deal). YOU SHOULD AVOID SCHOMP AT ALL COSTS.

Schomp is great at selling cars. Than comes the horrible service you get from ***** and his service department. At ***** miles I did the 1000$ service check up. My car was in alignment prior to the service. After the service I was told I needed to pay 2400$ to get the car back into alignment. What? Pay to get my newish car back into alignment. At the same service I had a windshield wiper that was loose. First time for me. After that repair my wife drove a whole 75 miles before the wipers met together and bent on in traffic. She almost crashed. They gave us an unsafe car to drive. I am so happy my kids were not driving. Now I am told I have to pay extra to get that fixed again. Don't trust this dealership. I only give them a one star due to their sales staff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT GO WITH SCHOMP. Not a "seamless sales process".I had a car I was very interested in purchasing from Schomp - I went to test drive and spoke with the sales rep and sales manager expressing my interest. Three business days went by and they decided to remove the listing and transfer the car to another dealership outside of ******** without notifying me even though I had expressed interest. The sales manager (*****) and the salesman said that the purchase would still be possible if I moved quickly. Then their inconsiderate and unprofessional general manager, *************************, told me that he decided he did not want to sell the car to me because it had "aged out" of his lot. The vehicle is still in ******** and he said there is "nothing he can do" even though he is the one making the decision to transfer it. He does not keep the customer first and tried to belittle me on the phone. Terrible management and experience.
