Worst inspection I have ever participated in. We had to spend hundreds of dollars to get professionals to dispute the inaccurate claims. The inspector also nearly caused damage to my house in two instances. The first was in trying to remove the electric panel cover that "was not designed to be removed, but merely hinge"(quote from a licensed electrician). The second was filling a tub in a bathroom under construction with posted plans and status that had not been properly sealed. If Colorado had a licensing body for home inspection, I would have lodged a formal complaint. The inspectors actions could easily of jeopardized the sale. Of the 72 findings, 25 where inaccurate, 4 I can not find documentation to prove or disprove, and 4 were for a the bathroom undergoing construction. He also raised concerns about a potential major structural issue with the house that was woefully inaccurate. The emotional damage, stress, and financial burden of this company's terrible inspection is simply unacceptable, and an experience I would not wish on anyone. I highly recommend going with a different inspection company.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Unfortunately, we see that you are not our client, but instead are the seller. While we appreciate your feelings, we report on what we see and make sure that our clients know about every possible issue and every inch of their possible new home. Our intention was not to insult you or to cause you emotional distress, but to report the truth.

The emotional distress is from the factually incorrect claims that jeopardize the sell of our house. Too dismiss my legitimate grievances as purely emotional is unprofessional and insulting. Yes I am emotionally charged about the situation, but that is irrelevant to my claims. The report contained an advisement to violate federal safety regulations along with complete inaccurate statements. With your permission I would gladly outline the factual inaccuracies in the so called truthful report but currently it says it is copyrighted and can not be disclose outside of the company and buyer. The advice to break federal safety regulations is dangerous to any client you advised it to and present legal liability due to negligence.
