Here's a detailed review based on your input:---**Review of *************** and His Management Company**I wish I could give this place and its owner, ***************, a negative review. Unfortunately, a single star is the lowest I can go. This management company oversees our HOA, and it has been a complete and utter disaster from the start.Firstly, their communication methods are archaic and outdated. In an era where digital communication is standard, this company still relies on inefficient and slow processes. This has led to countless delays and misunderstandings, frustrating the entire neighborhood.Secondly, their business model is poorly conceived and executed. There is a clear lack of organization and strategic planning, which has resulted in a myriad of unresolved issues and poor service delivery. It's evident that the company is more interested in cutting corners than providing quality service to the community.Lastly, their sense of responsibility within the neighborhood is virtually nonexistent. Problems are consistently ignored or addressed with half-hearted measures that fail to bring about any meaningful improvement. This lack of accountability has left many residents feeling neglected and disillusioned.In summary, *************** and his management company have proven themselves to be ineffective and out of touch with the needs of our community. The outdated communication, poor business practices, and lack of responsibility have caused more harm than good. I strongly advise against using their services. My wife and I are residents of ************, ********, and like many of our neighbors, we are intimately aware of the impact that our *********************** (HOA) and its management company has had on us. The current HOA, overseen by Premier management and led by ***************, fails to effectively and ethically execute its duties.     The summer creek HOA im ********, ******** does nothing but takes payments and does nothing for the community. They bumped up the charges again the year with has been steadily increasing ever year that we have lived here. When you look at the yearly break down of where the money goes all it is doing is getting funneled into their pockets. I have had issue from day one with my roof and have attempted to contact them but never get a response. All of my neighbors have attempted to contact them many times with the same response of nothing. My roof currently is leaking into my garage and soffit, which is covered by them but they do nothing about it. They claimed as well on the yearly accounting of how many roofs and siding was replaced, and well considering they place their materials in my street, they did not repair as many houses as they say. Let talk snow removal or lack there of but they budget out over 15k last year for it, they do not plow any roads or sidewalks in the entire place. Look into the water bill they charge us at 36k, they don't water our lawns and there is only one big park at the north end that they take care of even though their web site says 3 parks. The code enforcer guy that drives around is a complete joke, he mainly relays on two to three snitches' that live in the neighborhood to report things they don't like to him and then sends out fines to them.Now looking that they are not even BBB approved and failing how can we as homeowners go about getting rid of this company? You can call and email with nothing, you guys can try is as well. One of their trick I found was the warning of fine papers they send with the "phone number" it their fax machine number, pretty convent. There id no actual office to go into and talk, the meeting this year was zoom with NO comments allowed by anyone logged into so none of our issues could even be brought up. Seem alot shady of a business.I have ran out of room to talk,Thank you for your time and anything you can do.*********************
