            The man who runs or owns this company came and offered to do work in my backyard. He completed a retaining wall for me, and then promised to build me a patio to agreed upon specifications along with an outdoor kitchen. He came back a few times to take more and more of his tools away, promising that he'd be back the next day or that weekend each time, but weeks went by, and he never came back to finish any of the remaining work, nor did he communicate with me when he would reschedule, even after I texted and called him several times. Finally, after two months, I concluded that he was not coming back and I texted him that I was firing him, and I was disputing the charges for the remaining work that was never completed. Keep in mind that he was paid in FULL for the wall, which cost $10,500, but he had charged me several other charges for the work he had not yet completed. Shortly after my text, he called me and told me he was coming, but I had already heard him say that several times, and I couldn't afford to trust him anymore. It was starting to near a time when I would no longer be able to dispute the charges, and I was worried he would string me along until that time at which point I would have no immediate recourse. Most of the disputed charges succeeded, but there is one remaining charge for $5,000 that I've been trying to dispute for months, and he keeps counter-disputing it, lying to my credit card company that then won't resolve the dispute in my favor. He is stealing my money without completing this work, and I now desperately need help to get my money back. Included in this complaint is an upload of my text message communications with him, and I can take pictures of my backyard if needed to prove that the patio and the outdoor kitchen were never completed.
