I bought my truck in May of 2022. Drove it off the lot and everything was good and barely a week later the catalytic converter goes out. I call the sales manager that I was working with ************************* to inform him of what had happened and let him know that it went out. After a week it shouldn't have gone out. It was a code that they went in a cleared long enough to get it to pass emissions. Told him they were going to fix it and get it taken care of. After going back and forth they got it fixed. Fast forward 3 weeks after I move to ***** and the ** compressor goes out. The ** belt melted in half, the compressor seized up and the hoses went bad and leaking freon. I feel that it was tampered with knowing I was moving to ***** after they fixed the catalyc converter. After multiple calls to the dealership I could never get a call back. I finally get ahold of *********************** and with how rude he was about giving me the warranty information he finally gave it to me. They were supposed to call me back regarding the warranty and paying for the ** and they never called me back. The weather in ***** has been anywhere from ******* degrees outside and having to drive around for 2 weeks with my kids in the car they completely refuse to help cover the deductible of $500 plus the $265 for the hoses. They put their stamp of approval that the car was in good condition. I bought the car in ******** after sitting for 4.5 months and not needing to use the ** in ******** before moving to *****. Once you buy a car from these people they write you off and don't want to have to help any of their customers. The battery went out and had to replace the battery at $250. I washed the truck once and a HUGE chunk of paint comes flying off the back of the tailgate. These people don't care about you after you drive the vehicle off the car lot. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Go somewhere else. DO NOT trust their claim regarding a fully inspected vehicle.
