If i could give a even lower star rating i would. THIS PLACE IS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THA CARE WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENTANS VERY POOR. My mom was in there after a bad fall. She declined so rapidly when she was there she developed heart problems. She arrived from the hospitaland was only partially showered due to aspen collar. She still had blood all over her neck and in her ears from when she fell 2 weeks prior. No one ever cleaned her room, changer the bed or even her clothes for that matter. The food was completely unedible! They couldnt get her meds right. Shed push the call light and maybe 30 minuted someone would answer if at all. The cna's never not one time helped her wash her face or brush her teeth. I was spending all my time morning noon and night there just to take care of her. That included giving her meds . The night cna was ok but day shift where everything happens they had nasty attitudes. Please if anyone is considering putting your loved ones in this place think again. I wouldnt let my worst enemy stay here. This place really sucks!! Im going to be filing a formal complaint with **** . This place should be shut down!!
