    This is a very shady business and their return practices are very poor. Please do not buy from them. They will send you defective items and then say they take a 15% restocking fee when you return them, but in reality, they will withhold more than 40% of what you paid for. Their products are really bad quality, as they vary in color and sizing, and most of them have imperfections in the material. Save yourself time and money, and do not shop with them.

    Terrible customer service and very shady business practices. There was no update on my order that I had placed so I emailed customer support (there is no phone number- first sign of terrible customer service). I was not given any estimated shipping date, but rather generic information regarding processing and shipping. To which I replied that I will have to cancel my order if it does not ship by a certain date because it will not arrive on time. The customer support told me they cannot cancel an order once it is placed. What?! I would understand if the order perhaps has shipped, but this order did not even make it to processing. So they said that I would have to return it once it is delivered. I have never heard of something so shady and ridiculous. This company deserves to be negatively reviewed for their terrible customer service and shady ways of conducting business.

Per our shop FAQs, our fulfillment center asks that we not cancel orders once placed because they have already begun processing, which we understand can be frustrating. We will provide this feedback to them.
