      On March 14 2024 I placed an order for a bumper, I found out the bumper was discontinued but was promised that Bumper Superstore was still fulfilling the order. I waited and waited and sent many follow-up emails. Finally asked for a refund a month ago and they told me it was not able to be completed at this time. No one is helpful on the phone and Manger ****** ***** will not answer or return calls or emails. I'm out $2K for a bumper that was never in stock or able to even be fulfilled.

      purhcased a scorpion sco-fbchhd11 bumper from bumper superstore online on 12/9/2023. I chose to go with this site as they had options to purchase led lights and a winch at the same time. I thought it was convenient so i didn't have to do more research to see which items would go with the bumper. at the time of my purchase the website said the product was in stock. received an email on 12/11/23 saying that order was received and was processing, 12/18/23 processed and maximum shipping would be 7-10 business days. I received an email on the 12/23 asking to review my order that I had not received yet. I reached out and got a reply on 12/26 saying that they got an update that the item is backordered with no ETA. didn't hear from them until i reached out again in the middle of Jan. was told on the 01/17 that new ETA was mid to end of Jan. Feb 9th new ETA of mid-end of March. 02/15 new ETA of mid-end of April. April 5th I was told that the bumper is now out of stock and I would get a refund for just the bumper. What am I supposed to do with the accessories for the bumper that I was sold. I have reached out to the company through phone calls and emails and haven't heard back. no refund received. I have looked into the company and see a lot of complaints of a similar fashion.

      12/27/2023 I ordered a bumper from bumpersuperstore.com *** ******* was contracted to build the bumper. I have called *** ******* numerous times checking on the bumper. 03/01/2024 Ashley from *** ******* finally told me the truth about why they have not sent me the bumper. Apparently bumpersuperstore.com has not paid *** *******. I called bumpersuperstore and he said there was a mix up between the accounting depts. involving a new credit card and I said what new credit card. There is no new credit card involved. Then he said it was too difficult to explain so I asked to speak to a higher up and he no. Contact info for Bumpersuperstore ***** ******** and ****** at *** ******* ************. Order #******* Please help get our $2500 back. Thank you

      On February 23, 2023 bumper superstore cashed a check that I sent them through the mail and started processing an order for a bumper a winch and four bumper lights or fog lights, the bumper and winch were received within eight weeks, the four fog lights were never shipped. Still to this day have no lights, have called multiple times, and always the same problem. Accounting is behind. It has been over a year. on 7/5/23 a credit was issued to me for the lights, but still no refund money has been sent out, The lights cost $89.99 per set I paid for two sets, these lights have been paid for since February 23 of 2023. any help would be greatly appreciated.

      I bought some cam bolts for a 2013 Toyota tundra, I only had to use 1 set. So I returned the item and was told my refund would take some time due to their check issuing department. I'm owed money. They have the part back, and I'm left money owed. Seeing other comments I'm miffed that it's taking so long to issue a refund check. Your customers are the life blood of your company. We shouldn't have to get on a public platform and demand our money back. My initial payment account was closed due to fraud, I called in December to see the status. My customer support guy told me checks were being dispursed and I should receive my refund b4 the new year. It's been 2 weeks, I called back and was told no one knows when checks are sent out from billing. So that means I was lied too. ******, As discussed in an earlier email, you wanted a check refund, and I explained it was a lengthy waiting period after I received the credit for your return. You have been put on the check distribution list in the amount of $70.90.       Call bumper superstore on September 7 and talked to the about a bumper They talked me it to paying for it in full instead of on credit card. So I payed in full September 7 on Oct 18 they sent me a email saying that there was a price problem.

      I understand that the sale is over now but i paid in full when the sale was going on you should stand buy your word and stickto the sale because we had agreed to the sale i talked to someone on the phone and he checked it out beforei paid in full. I have a receipt where i paidin full even got a thank you email. So Horner your sale i didnt make you have a sale thay is scamming people  out of there money.   I understand if i canceled youll would want to charge me and i understand. But you need to understand I've been out my money for 2 months and waiting because i had faith you would stand up to your side of the deal   honestly why is it that hard to stand buy your word.      You still sale the same bumper.    I may understand if you didn't but even then you should not sale something thats not available

      Order # ******* I ordered a trailer anti sway device from Bumpersuperstore .com on August 18th. After arriving I brought it with me to pick up a new trailer from the dealer to have it installed. We couldn't manage to get it to fit and couldn't figure out why. We contacted the manufacturer and received a complete parts list and noticed there were two frame brackets bolts missing from the package that were required. I clearly stated this in emails sent to their returns department. After sending the item back to them and not hearing anything for over two weeks I reached out to find out the status of my return. I was told that I was being charged for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. They said their notes had nothing in them about missing parts and that this was their return policy. They have since been unresponsive to emails sent to their returns department. Here are my emails to them and their response the day I started the return.- My email to them Sept. 11, 11:40am- Looked through the parts and rechecked the fitting guide to make sure and this is supposed to be the correct size. Looked up this model online to be thorough. Just emailed ******** for a complete parts list. Parts of the assembly were missing and that is why we couldn't get it to fit. There are two frame brackets bolts not in the package. Now it makes sense, couldn't figure out how it was supposed to go on. If all the parts weren't there, I shouldn't have to pay for restocking and return shipping. ******* *****  Their email to me that same day, Sept 11, 11:52am- *******, Is ******** sending out the missing parts to you?       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Is ridiculous I had to go this far for them to do the right thing. Looking through dozens of other complaints against this company, it's clear they play little games and blow off their customers in hopes they forgot their refunds over the wasted efforts and time. Very frustrating company, will never shop with them again.

      On May 22nd of 2023 ordered a bumper from BumperSuperstore  .com. Before I placed the order I asked if the bumper I was ordering was in stock. I was assured that it was in stock and would ship within 1-2 day after processing. I needed a front bumper for my truck, and figured I would get the bumper within a week to 10 days. I wasn't until August 31st that I received a bumper. The bumper I received had some shipping damage and costs 300 dollars less than the one I had ordered on their website. Because I needed the use of my pickup I installed the bumper. I contacted customer service the very same day I received the bumper and advised them of the issue. They said they would send some paint and 150 for the damage and after finding out that I had installed the bumper they offered $100 for the mixup. Stating that there is nothing more they can do since I installed the bumper. Nowhere on their website states this.

      We understand that the bumper that received was incorrect, however it is the customers responsibility the identify this before modifying the incorrect bumper. Once that incorrect bumper was installed we would be unable to take it back as a return as stated on our website. ************************************************************************** - I apologize for this scenario, this order has been approved for a $100 credit that can be claimed by calling into our Customer Service line.

      I am rejecting this response because: after I received the bumper and there was the issue of rust bleeding through the paint. One of your responses was to send it back to the manufacturer and they would replace it. So I asked, since it is already getting sent back to the manufacturer and shipping is getting paid couldn’t they send me the correct bumper? Their answer was no. This company lied to me telling me the bumper was in stock and would ship within 1-3 days. After waiting over 3 months to receive the wrong bumper, I didn’t have time to wait another 3 months to send the correct bumper. With sayings on their website such as dedicated best customer service, and now being part of the family. I just figured that because they sent me a bumper that’s cost is over 300 dollars less, that bumpersuperstore would make it right.

      I paid for a auto bumper on 03/31/2023 & as of 8/30/23 I have received nothing. I have contacted them 3 times and back on 4/4/23I was assured that I would receive the bumper no later than the middle of August and nothing was received So I tried to call again today and was on hold for 15 minutes. I then tried to discuss it online and they wanted me to pay a fee to be able to contact customer service so I stopped the attempt and now I’m contacting the BBB for help.

      On 07/28/2023 I placed an order for what was advertised and described as an entire roof rack for a 170 Sprinter van. On 8/3/23 a customer service rep from Bumper Superstore called me to verify that I knew that I ordered the extension pieces and not the entire roof rack. While on the phone I had him look at the listing and tell me where it said it was only the extension pieces and not the entire, complete roof rack. He agreed that the listing looked like it was for the entire roof rack, but said that they wouldn't honor that. This is the definition of false advertising! I was transferred to a supervisor's voicemail and never received a call back. I have called back multiple times and they are not answering the phone.
