      As a landlord furnished finder only provided one lead to me during the course of a year. Vrbo, on the other hand provided qualified tenants several times. I had a long discussion with a furnished finder *** on messenger a few months ago and explained I wanted nothing more to do with them based on their lack of results.I renew with furnished finder today and they wont refund the money they charged me for next year! Stay away from furnished finder or risk being scammed like me.

      Furnished Finder is a scam! I have signed up for their services multiple years in a row and have not received any benefit. My house has been shown as unavailable for the last 10 months. Somehow, auto renew was activated on my account. They withdrew $149 from my account today. I called to have my account canceled and request a reimbursement. They stated they could not issue a refund according to their terms and conditions. They also said they sent out emails to notify me of an auto renewal. After searching my emails, I did not receive this notification.The worst customer service I have ever worked with. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY PROVIDE NOTHING. IT IS A SCAM!

      Furnished Finder makes it extremely difficult to remove a listing from the website. I could not find any way to do so, so I made it unavailable for the foreseeable future. They auto-renewed my listing, even though it is unavailable. I contacted them immediately (the same day the listing auto-renewed) and explained that I did not want the listing auto-renewed and to please refund. Obviously paying for an entire year of this listing is not what I want, as I reached out immediately. They refused to refund any portion of the auto-renew listing fee. This is an awful way to do business. Shame on them.

      I was charged a renewal fee without my knowledge or permission. I want a full refund. I never selected auto renewal; they must automatically have this checked so they can get away with this type of fraud. They also said they emailed me prior to the charge - I NEVER received any emails from them about the renewal or the fee that would be charged. I want a full refund.

      I paid $149 to list my home on Furnished Finder. Upon setting up, I entered in the incorrect address and the website blocked me from resolving the issue. I contacted customer care and found them to be unresponsive and unhelpful. As I continued to set up my account I found the site to be too difficult to navigate. At this point (less than 48 hours into my year long subscription) I requested a refund as it was clear this site/service could not meet my needs. Furnished Finder obviously knows how complicated their site is as, after you sign up and pay your initial $149 yearly fee, they offer you another service to create your site for an additional $99. This isn't mentioned prior to signing up. It is sold as an easy site to connect landlords to mid-term renters.Since then, I have been met with hostility and rather poor customer service, further making me want out of this auto-renewed subscription. I have been referred to section 3.5 subscription/refund policy stating that they do not give refunds.

      They set your account on auto-renewal without opting in, on the premise it's in their terms and conditions, yet you can't have an account with them unless you keep your credit card information on file. Deceptive business practices. When you complain, you'll get the same canned response that their fees are non-refundable. I have had Furnished Finder since August 2021, renewing each August for $99. This year, they raised the renewal to $149 and sent renewal notices. I intended to renew. I had added additional "units" to my listing in ***** 2024 so that I could list each bedroom's availability. This cost $99 total. When I got my renewal charge on August 26, it was $446 for ONE property with multiple bedrooms! I noticed this immediately and contacted them. They stand by the fact that they send courtesy reminders and that their fees are non-refundable. Apparently, the ***** charges were pro-rated at $33/unit, so when I renewed my one listing with my 4 bedrooms/units in August, that charged $149 + $99 x3, instead of $149 + $99 x1. I wanted to change my listing back to one listing all together (not separate bedrooms) and pay the $149, but they refuse to modify. I contacted them 8/27, before the charge even cleared my credit card.

      As others have reported this company is scamming ppl. I signed up to list property and spent hours trying to get my listing to show active. I managed to do it once only to find the next time on the site it was back inactive. I listed with multiple rental sites and this is the only site with this issue. I figured sure they got me once, I will never do business with them in the future. However, they charged a renewal fee of $149.00 automatically on 08/28/24. I did not authorize an automatic charge/subscription. I submitted a ticket online 08/28/24 which is the same day I was charged. The ticket was replied to on 08/30/24. I was told the fees are non refundable by *************************. This would not be an issue had I opted into auto renewal. I did not. I would like a refund and to have my property removed. I found their number on the BBB site and spoke with an agent who walked me thru removing auto renewal. I VERBALLY asked for a refund and was denied again. I would like to stop any and all business with this company and get a refund. I don't want any services now or in the future from them.

      Signed up of one year of service. Toward end of the year got notices that they couldn't auto renew because they didn't have the correct credit card (old one was expired) figured I didn't want to auto renew anyway and just ignored the message. Lo and behold they were able to charge my new card and refused to give me a refund even when I told them I was moving and couldn't use the service anymore. Stay away from this company!!

      I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Furnished Finder. Despite canceling my listing on their website, I was still charged an auto-renewal fee. To make matters worse, I received no notification about the upcoming auto-renewal, which is a serious lapse in communication.I know for certain that I turned off the auto-renewal option when I updated my listing in the end of 2023 or early 2024. However, not only was my cancellation ignored, but I was also charged $149when my original subscription was $99. This is an unjustified charge, and Furnished Finder had no right to bill my credit card without proper notification.Furthermore, I have discovered that I am not alone in this issue; many other clients have reported similar problems with the companys auto-renewal practices. It seems this is a recurring problem that Furnished Finder has not addressed. I am appalled by their lack of transparency and customer care.This service has provided no benefits for me, and I regret ever signing up. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their practices seem unethical and possibly illegal. My experience with Furnished Finder has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

      I was charged an annual fee of $149 by Furnished Finders, even though my property was not listed, and I had no idea my account was on AutoPay. They auto-renewed my account without any notice, for a higher amount I had previously paid. I checked all my emails, including trash and spam folders, and did not receive any notification about the renewal. The only notification I received was that I had an outdated calendar.When I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted the company the very next day to request a refund. Unfortunately, they refused to refund the charge, which seems unreasonable given the promptness of my request.I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and hope that **** will be able to communicate with someone who can make the right decision regarding this matter. Terrible companyFurnished Finders needs to improve their customer service and be more transparent with their renewal process.
