    They will just ship your package without caring about any process. If your package gets stuck anywhere you are done for. We shipped our a document package to ermany. They did not even know they had to fill Customs form, Proof of payment, and power of attorney. They nevr explain any process. They will close their eyes ship your package overseas and your parcel will get stuck there and you will be stranded running around for days. They will ask you to check your status online which ofcourse is as useless. then they will ask you to reach out to ******* office and **** with them yourself. Ther ****** office ofcourse does not speak english. you have to have a ****** translator (good luck with that finding one wherever you are) to even get through to customer suppor.t they obviously cant help, and will put you on hold for hours only to hear "we will reach out, check online status". Then you just wait. Keep chekcing th status. Our ovrnight shipping that we paid $200 for is stukc now for days. without these documnts now we are stranded n *******. These people do not know what they are doing. They will promise low fare, and ovrnight shipping. will blame on customs for thier ****ys. Its been 5 days and Customs has not seen our package yet. Nobody knows where it is. Their ****** office does not repsond to our emails or phone calls. We have been on hold for 2 days now (14 hours per day), still no help. Pur package is lost. This is our seocnd experience. the ***** package was shipping within US overbight still it took 8 days for us to get it. But we thought we were just unlucky. but this seocnd expereinece clearly shows *** does not know what it is doing, they dont care. If you care about receiving your package on time or even seieng it again, dont use ***. Our documents are gone now. and we are not helpless and stranded in *******.
