I'm an Interior Designer in **************** going on 19yrs now. I've seen some shady characters. ********************* is on top of the Shady character contractor.************************* new business is ************************** Slabs. We contracted him for a custom Epoxy walnut table in June 2022. It was estimated for completion August/Sept 2022.We patiently waited... It is now 8 months. We were still going to be patient. However...along the months he gave us a sob story after sob story of why it wasn't finished. After 8 months... he said "I've sent your money back via a certified check because I'm too stressed." A couple weeks later we let him know we'd still like the table, and that we could be patient, since we understood about his "family Issues". (My clients are extremly kind and patient) He said he's finishing it in a few weeks, but has other buyers for $5000 more than what our contract stated. Hmmm? He can't finish the table for 8 months, then all of a sudden it's almost ready, but already has new buyers. Wow. This is a horrible, greedy business owner. He cancelled out contract on purpose to sell the table to someone else. I'm so tired of greedy, unethical contractors. They give my insustry a bad name. I give him -10 stars for his continued lies and greed.
