Im extremely disappointed with the work performed by StudFinder LLC. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The project was riddled with mistakes. Window casing was incorrectly used as baseboards, the leveling system was poorly executed and is visibly sticking out, and the carpet trim extends outside the door in a way that looks completely unprofessional. They repeatedly claimed that the carpet trim was discussed ahead of time, but that conversation never happened. Despite my efforts to provide extra carpet and point out clear issues, including where the Ditra stopped beneath the door (which I installed), they ignored my concerns. To make matters worse, they expected me to pay for these mistakes! Im also now scared to remove the window casing they installed as baseboards, as I suspect they may have been trying to hide the fact that they cut the tile too far from the wall. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend StudFinder LLC to anyone looking for quality work or reliable service.
