            On march 5 2023 I contacted with josh rivers to take down 2 trees ,grind the stumps and large roots, remove grinding debri, put down top soil, seed and put down hay He wanted $2100 cash so on march 18 when he said he was going to start work I went to bank and took out $2100. Over the next 2 days he took down trees and ground stumps and roots. I was stupid and gave him $2100 even though he hadn't finished work. I contacted him in April and May He kept putting me off Last contact was May 24 where he said he would be back from ******* the next Wednesday and wood take care of the grindings . Said he was so worry for the wait. Have tried to contact him since then and he hasnt got back to me. I bored another person to finish the job and he charged me $600 Inwoukd like Josh Rivers to refund me $600 . I have text messages from Josh and will have a quote from the other company

            Josh responded to our enquiry the same day, came out in person to survey our property and immediately gave us a thorough, itemised quotation. His prices were clear and competitive. The team was careful to lay down protective wood for the bucket truck & the wood chipper to protect our lawn. The team work was incredible to see - they also did a fantastic job of clearing up after them, clearing all of the branches and leaves. We took down approximately 15 trees, trimmed multiple large oaks, pines, hemlocks and stumps. Josh was also responsive to some additional scope that we added while they were working, for a reasonable agreed additional fee. We are extremely happy with Josh's service and would *highly recommend* him & his team.
