  On June 9, 2022 we hired Design & Restoration, LLC on *** ***** ****** ********* ** ***** to reupholster a vintage chair and we gave the owner (Eric R*****) a deposit of $500 toward the sale price of $1,079.45. Upon delivery of the chair which was completed beautifully, he claimed he had forgotten the arm covers and would send them to us the following week. Come to find out, they had never made the arm covers. When he delivered the chair, we paid him the balance in full with a check dated July 7, 2022 expecting he would send us the arm covers the following week as he had promised. After months of calling him, texting him and E-Mailing him, we still haven’t received the arm covers. It is now November 10, 2022 and we are thoroughly discussed so, we decided to write a formal complaint to the BBB, Department of Consumer Protection and, the Attorney General of **.   Hello, I see the compliant for arm covers not being delivered.  They were ***** to the client several weeks back.  The work done to the chair was excellent and arm covers were shipped.  I understand the client says he did not receive them.  Let me know how I clear this up.  Thanks

  I never received the two arm covers and if he can send me the tracking number, I will follow up with ****.

  He did say he was going to send me to tracking number and I never received it or the two arm covers.

  Hello,

  We shipped the arm covers a while back and I no longer have the tracking info.  As I stated in my previous response, let me know how he would like to resolve this and I will get it taken care of.

  Dear BBB,

   

  I received a similar response from you a day or two ago and I did respond asking for the **** tracking number because I NEVER received.  So, if this company I complained about sends me that tracking number, i will contact **** to see if and when they actually delivered this package because I did NOT receive it.

  As of today, 1/12/23 I still have not received the tracking numbers for **** from Design & Restoration, LLC in ********* ** to prove that the arm covers were delivered.
