            Have cancelled extended warranty over a year ago. Bank said they have not received funds from company(BMW OF BRIDGEPORT). Went in person and emailed several of their workers just to be ignored. I just want my loan amount to be less. It has been collecting interest for nearly 1.5 years now. Warranty was cancelled within weeks and was entitled for full refund.

            I purchased a BMW 430i from the new management at BMW of Bridgeport. The documents had all been signed for purchase and we took a look at the car. The sales staff never pointed out the cosmetic issues with the car: scratches on left side door, chip on right door handle, scratches on bumper, and pen ink on the leather seat of the car. All of a sudden, it was my job as the customer to figure out all the issues with the car. On top of all of this, the car was supposed to have 5,000-5,500 miles on it - but it had 6,200 miles on it. The car wasn't even presented properly either: not cleaned on the inside, no wash, no detail. None of the issues were readily remedied and my inquires were met with sarcastic responses by the sales staff. The staff forgot to give me a second license plate, so they sent it in the mail with a sticky note that read: "Can you send this plate out to this kid". Very appropriate to call a customer a "kid" - a customer who just paid $50,000+ for a damaged vehicle! Safe to say I was extremely unhappy with my purchase there and will NOT walk into that store again. Welcome to the BMW family!
