I will never order from this company again. They are scammers! I placed my order Nov. '24. It did not arrive until Feb. '25. By this time, I no longer needed the product. I called to initiate a return, they told me that I would receive the return label to my email. Ironically, they didn't even confirm my email address. This should've been my first clue that they were full of it. I waited the allotted time and never received an email about my return. I made multiple calls & gave multiple opportunities for this company to make it right. And they never have. I am out $100 because of this company. Something I noticed, it is quite loud in the background. It's like it's a call center. I can only assume they run multiple scams out of there.Health Products For You

I have order number for six pairs of compression stockings with the Rehab Store in *********** **. My order was placed February 20, 2025. I received an email on February 27, 2025, in which Customer Care Associate Chittora H******* stated I would be advised of shipping information in 5 to 7 business days via email. The 7 business day promise ended March 10, 2025. I tried to call Rehab Store customer service and waited approximately 10 minutes on hold, and gave up. In addition, I called my credit card company and initiated a dispute of the $216.76 charge. I believe the Rehab Store may be a scam. I’m trying to get my money back and I advise not purchasing anything from the Rehab Store in *********** ************Health Products For You

I placed my order on 1/23/25 and I still have not received it. I have emailed their customer service and they didn’t even respond. They had no problem taking my money though! This company is shamelessly ripping off people who need health products. Customer service is nonexistent. Just an awful company!Health Products For You

Not pleased at all. Ordered product on 1/8/25. Website said shipping within 3-5 days. Waited a week for further shipping information. No notifications were sent to me about any delays. Finally called company to be told item was backordered and would be shipped following week. Called a week later and received the same response. Called a week later and was told item was back in stock and would be given priority shipping. In the end did not receive it until 1/25/25 and it had been sent directly from the medical supplier. Attempted a return. Notified HPFY via their website and sent necessary information. Waited for email with return instructions. Nothing received. Called NPFY on 2/10/25 and was told I needed to email a picture of the product to them which I did. Now awaiting to see if anything comes of this. A month for a supposedly simple purchase and transaction. There seems to be no way to get past the customer representative to talk to a higher authority. This is a first for me. Have never had this happen with other online retailers. They do not appear to care about individual consumers and that is unfortunate. I am sorry I have to write such a negative review but feel it is justified.Health Products For You

I ordered an equalizer breast after having a lumpectomy for breast cancer. I have been waiting since at least January 1, 2025. My account was charged $84.00 on January 3rd. Still waiting. They have sent me two emails, each saying it would be another 10 days. I'm getting a little worried that I may have been scammed.Health Products For You

Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. I ordered a mastectomy prosthesis from them and my card was charged immediately (not after shipment). They haven't shipped it for 20 days, never providing an explanation. It was hard to get someone on the phone, even to cancel the order.Health Products For You

Hadn't heard about this company until 12/18/24 when I get a text alert from my bank, saying that Health Products for you charged $0.00 to my account. I've never ordered anything from this company and would not approve them trying to access my bank to see if the account is open or not. They picked the wrong bank to try this with, Navy Federal Credit Union. I have locked that account and notified the bank of fraudulent charges.Health Products For You

Ordered product almost a month ago and it never shipped. Left several messages to inquire why, emailed several times, and no response. Finally got hold of someone by phone who told me the product was on backorder until the end of the next month! I told them to cancel it and refund me. We will see if the refund comes through. I do not understand why this company would not be up front about product availability.Health Products For You

Ordered from Damozelle end of August and did not receive order. Cancelled order on October 20, which nothing came through in the 2 or 3 business days they said. Called again October 29 and found it had not been cancelled yet.Health Products For You

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! My first, and only order never shipped. It's been 2 weeks, and no update. But yet I get a flood of emails from them about sales, deals, etc. It specified 5-7 business days for shipping. After 8 days, I contacted them, and they apologized saying the product is sent from another company, and they will reach out to them to expedite this. Today, it's been exactly 2 weeks since I ordered, and still no update as mentioned. I contacted them again, and now they say, my order will take 10-15 days from TODAY!! I don't understand how or why a company would take a month to send one bottle of product to a paying customer. To top it off, don't try to chat with them online. Every time I send them a msg, it takes 5 mins or more to even respond back. I asked to cancel my order, and send me my refund. I will never order from this company again, and looking at other reviews, I hope that you don't either.Health Products For You
