I would never recommend them for either Oil or Propane. I had them delivering oil to me for about 9 months and then I added propane tanks. The work to install the propane lines was shoddy -e.g. placed the tank in front my water spigot, line went over an outside switch leaving it unusable. Then their service team proved unable to properly communicate with customers or each other. The first problem started with them installing a unit we already had and had discussed using this unit during the initial consultation. No issue with using this unit was brought up during the consultation or when they cut holes for the lines into the building. This led to us needing to purchase a new unit they offered. The guys who showed up to install the unit (without any advanced communication) left without completing the work because they were allergic to cats. We would have been happy to ventilate to help with this issue, but again no communication. We called and cancelled our accounts several weeks ago and had the propane tanks removed. I was SHOCKED today to see a Saveway oil truck pumping oil into my tank. When I called in, they said the propane account was cancelled but not the oil account. Save yourself from the headaches and find a better company.
