Not sure how this company is still in business. Ryan and the team make up policy on the fly without any oversight. We use to finance our customers vehicles through sensible until We noticed some shady business practices. As an owner of a dealership I would definitely not recommend this lender to any consumer looking for a vehicle loan. Dealerships we need to stop offering this shady lender to your customers. Trust when I say it’s not worth the headache. If you have credit challenge customers stay with *** ** ******** easy to work with and transparentSensible Auto Lending, LLC

1 starSensible auto lending llc, sent millennium capital auto recovery to reposes my vehicle that I never purchased from them, paper work states the car has been delinquent since 8/23. I brought this car from a dealership called all in auto group 9/23 which is financed through capital one and they have no knowledge of this company. I have all the proper information for this particular vehicle and it’s registered to me, yet Sensible auto lending llc is steadily trying to steal my car that I make payments on monthly. Get your paperwork together properly and do your jobs!!!Review fromDee D

My car was repossessed. My fees came up to $1086. I paid it in full. They refused to give my car back because they said I needed to have full coverage insurance paid up for 3 months I sent them my insurance information and they are still refusing to release my car I paid my car up. I have another car note due tomorrow. How could I be paying for my car and I don’t even have it. Customer Service was rude hung up the phone in my face. I called back up to 10 times and spoke to the same person earlier today I spoke to a lady. She said that my car would be released after I provided proof that I had car insurance when I called back after I had sent them the proof a man picked up the phone, and proceeded to say we have your insurance but we need proof that you paid up for three months I have not seen that. I did not know that was law. I don’t see that on the contract. I even asked to see the policy and they are refusing to even show me that , I don’t know what else to do except to go to civil suitSensible Auto Lending, LLC

My auto loan was sold to this company without my knowledge. I have made every payment on time and even worked with them on making back to back to back payments when their system got behind from when they purchased my lien. In September of '23 a payment was not taken from my banking account and when i looked at the app my bank information had been removed without my knowledge. Since then i have had automated or office calls every single day to get the missed payment that was caused by their system. I have had family medical issues and even found my mother deceased in her room and have explained this to multiple members of their "customer support" and they are still charging me late fees and refuse to work with me.Sensible Auto Lending, LLC

The borrower had recurring payments scheduled to debit every two weeks. The payment scheduled for 10/6/2023 declined and the recurring payment schedule was removed the following day. Customer Service attempted to reach the borrower to prevent late payments, but have been unsuccessful. On 10/20/2023, the borrower set up a promise to pay through the mobile app for 10/21 which was successful. On 11/28/2024, Customer Service contacted the borrower to advise of the missing payment, but the borrower disconnected the call. The borrower has continued to make payments via the mobile app, but the payments are 14 days past due. The last fee was charged on the account was on 2/24/2023.Sensible Auto Lending, LLC

Do not get a loan or lease through this lender. In my experience and with reading these reviews this is not a good company at all. They are not even BBB accredited which is a big red flag that the company isn't even that good. They charge close to $100 in late fees if I'm not mistaken regardless they charge latest fees that are high. They do not reason with customers and it seems to be hard to reach management. I have sent multiple emails which was ignored. I have sent a packet to corporate office with legal documents and tender of payment, which was ignored. This debt was already discharged with the IRS ( which was in the packet). The company is trying to do fraud against me by trying to get me to pay double it seems. All I get is automated emails and calls to collect payment. I had already sent in payment and copy to another PO box that receives payment. Everytime I tell a customer service this, they just say nothing was received even though I have proof through certified mail my packet was received by the green card. That is mail fraud if someone in the corporate office tampered or ignored my mail sense it was a payment In there. They are violating my rights due to ****************** Act and not being in compliance with the Indentured Trustee Act of 1934-1939. Also they are violating my right under the fair credit reporting act and privacy act of 1974 due to the fact that I sent in a letter opting out to reporting my info with the credit bureaus (which was in that packet). I have been going through mental frustration and headaches all to settle this matter to pay off a loan. Read before you sign on the dotted line people and know your rights. I hope in good faith this company fix this matter.Sensible Auto Lending, LLC

A member of management contacted the borrower today, 6/26/2024, to help resolve the borrower's complaint. The borrower is aware that the loan must be paid in full in order for Sensible Auto to release the lien on the vehicle and send the title. It was also confirmed that the borrower did not mail in the payoff check as mentioned in her previous complaint.Review fromWhitney B

I am really concerned that a purchased that I purchased a car through this lender. In the beginning, when my loan was on auto pay, I had no trouble because I didn’t have to speak with them. The first time I called to have an interaction with them was on the six month of my loan where I wanted to Postpone my auto pay date to a different day. That interaction was horrible. I spoke to a representative that told me that I actually didn’t even have a payment coming up and that there was nothing he could do. Days later, I had to speak to a manager on the education of the representative that took my call previously. There was a payment due! The representative that took my manager request was very rude, and luckily the call was recorded on the miseducation from the two previous reps before I even got to a supervisor. The rep was saying that a supervisor would call me back because there wasn’t one available. It actually took me two phone calls to actually get a manager to call me. Once that issue resolved itself, I felt less confident with this lender. But I have the car so I have to continue paying. I took off auto pay due to the miscommunication. I had a bit of a situation The next month, where I was a few days late paying for my original date. I received a text message reminding me that I needed to pay before I received a late fee. I called immediately to get it paid so I would avoid that late fee and was yelled at. The rep actually called me irresponsible, not knowing my situation and began to yell at me. I had to shut the phone call down and remind him that it was being recorded. I asked to speak to a supervisor immediately. I was transferred to one, but still stated that I had to wait on another manager to call me back by Monday. Mind you I have never been late on a payment by not even one day ! I’m not sure if this lender is a bank or a personal person. But I do believe this institution needs to get investigated on how they’re doing business practices.Sensible Auto Lending, LLC

After they approved my wife and we paid the down payment. They had the dealership call us 5 days later to tell us they revoked the auto loan and made us return the car crazy. And the dealership did not even tell us sensible was the loan place because i would have refused the loan and go somewhere else. Reading all these reviews tells a telling story about this company being scammers. And i do feel as they make up stories on here to try to deescalate many of the reviews. I do believe each person here has fallen victim to their scams including myself. Whom already has a current load with them on another vehicle and i have paid and made a lot of double payments to change my billing cycles doing what they have told me to do and they have been trying to repo my car. This business is the worst of the worst. They hang up in your face and they make things up i am surprised they have not gotten a lawsuit that involves everyone that have loans with them. But i am going to contact the general attorneys office to see how we can.Sensible Auto Lending, LLC
