This company facilitates bottom feeders and shady used car lot owners - and they know it. The used car dealer in ************ * in writing - promised to make repairs per the terms of sale. Now 8 months later, they STILL have refused to do so and refuse to respond to communication. They also did a back door promise to pay on down payment not disclosed to lender which is illegal. It is Federal loan fraud. Despite this being a major legal issue, Sensible Auto doesn't care and trying to repossess my car. They don't return phone calls, and when I do connect just spin and redirect to the next "Supervisor" and promise call backs that never happen. It's like they want to repo cars as part of their business model. I am actively pursuing Sensible Auto and the dealer the same as the past Federal cases against this company in other states. They are nothing but a deliberate fraud and getting away with it.

I purchased my car thru another car lot which I guess sold me account to this company. I have been a faithful customer with them asking my payments on time until my health started failing. I also started having mechanical problems which I reached out to them and got the response to trade it in to another car lot. I have been reaching out to them about me having to take my car to another mechanic shop and they refused to even help with anything. I told them.that i was going thru a lawsuit with the mechanic shop and I was trying to get my money back so I could get caught up with them since I am currently disabled and can not work. Every response I received was to trade it in to another car company. I feel that Noone with this company has respect for their customers or the vehicle but will try and come pick it up without working with you. My car has not been running for three months and when I called and asked if they had a shop I could possibly take my car to it was the same excuse trade it in. They never wanted the car but now out of the blue when I getting results to resolve my issue they want it. So I am reaching out to find out what to do.

Worst buy here pay here finance company. I have auto loans through actual big finance companies and the amount of hoops you have to go through to give them money is crazy to me! Then when you try and pay the car off they innitially told me they can’t take a payment Over the phone higher then 1,000 which is obsurd! Then I got it down to 600 they tell me they can’t take final payment over the phone cash only! So you have to go to a location to send money with fees? We all know your not gonna send the title unless the money clears from the card your using so it makes no sense to me why you gotta jump through hoops to make a payment! Like i said big legit finance corporations don’t even treat you like this? Why wouldn’t you want the money? Never ever do business with this company! It’s. Always a issue with these people to give them money like they want the interest and I feel this place is a low key scam!

I co-signed a car for my daughter. The car was repossessed I was sent an settlement offer letter that was back dated 3 months prior and was told offer letters take a long time to be delivered. I called to accept the offer to be told the offer was no longer available. I received the letter on 7/15/22 and called on 7/18/22. I have spoken with several people that confirmed it can take 3 months or longer in my case 3 months to receive the settlement offer letter. I questioned why send if it really isn't valid .. its been 4 1/2 years since the repossession I advised I will just ride out the 7 years since I'm coming up on 5 years and we both know at some point it will be too old to pursue.

My name is Irma I called sensible auto because I had a pass due balance I ask can I be set up on deferred payment the person I spoke to said to pay 180 and may sure your next 4 payments are on time then they will defer the balance, the week after we set this up this plan they took my payment on a Friday like they was suppose to and the next day they reposed my vehicle, when I called them I was told that I had a balance to pay that was very large I then inform the person that I was talking to about the arrangement I had with the other agent, at first she could find any notes, since it was on a Saturday I was told a manager will call me on Monday, on Monday I called and the young lady I spoke to told me she saw the notes that the deferred was set up and the trans action all went through but she said it was not posted and Again I had to wait for a manager when I finally spoke to a manager he told me that there is nothing he could do for even though it was his agent fault and I have to pay the balance and the fees for the storage,so before you do business with them do your research it’s a joke

Just bought a car on 5/11/2022 and was dealing with someone named Samuel N*****. He assured me that the vehicle I was buying was in great condition. Since receiving the vehicle the rear windshield wiper hangs because of a piece that was missing. They didn’t even bother giving it an oil change because a week later we had to give it an oil change and now battery light came on bought a brand new battery and terminals and car still doesn’t turn on waiting on mechanic to see if it’s the alternator or starter.. I’ve tried contacting him and continues to ignore calls and text messages this was the worse place to to get a vehicle. I did contact a lawyer so he will be looking into things
