            I ordered a chandelier on 01/28/24. There was absolutely no indication that it was not in stock or that there would be any delay in processing the order. As of today, 02/20/24, I've contacted Lighttrendss 4 times to check on the status and I was repeatedly told it was going to ship shortly. To date, I still have no shipping confirmation. I would NEVER do business with this firm again since they cannot be relied upon to process orders in a timely fashion or to provide accurate information on order status.

            Placed an order a month ago and never received it, and never received any update about shipping or any other details after the purchase. Contacted them through their livechat and they said they would look into it and would get back to me the next day. Of course I never heard from them. There is no way to reach them by phone as when you call, you get a recording telling you to use their live chat. I think I may have been scammed... Terrible service (if this is even a real company).
