had a simple flat tire and my roadside assistance set me up with this company. Unpleasant and uncomfortable from start to finish. I unfortunately had a car full of groceries, most of which had to be thrown away because this tow took 2.5 hours to get to me. No communication from them, I had to call and ask for updates and the ETA kept getting pushed back and back and back. When the driver very nonchalantly arrived, he treated me like I was stupid and a little pathetic for not having a ride to pick me up — again, I’m not sure how he would’ve accessed my car to tow it without me and my key being there, and then was very rude to me when I asked for a ride to the tire shop, grumbling about how I should have been told they don’t take riders. Did not speak to me the entire way, and acted like I inconvenienced him. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know or care about. You should work on not only treating customers better, but other humans.
