Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for new tires. I told the girl behind the counter that the spare tire was on the front passenger side and that I wanted it to be returned and have the tire with the nail in it in the back replaced. They advised me they could change the tires, but the alignment guy wasn't there, so I'd have to bring it back on Monday for that. No problem. I get home and look in the back of my SUV and there is a tire there. It's the tire with the nail in it. It's after 4 and they are closed. Go in on Monday morning at 10 and they said the tire has already been disposed of. So, they kept my practically brand-new tire and left me with the one with the nail in it and the spare rim on the vehicle, but they could sell me a spare for $130. No thank you. They hand me the keys out of the work envelope (for the alignment) and tell me I'm all set. I get home and I look at the paper and it's not for my car. I go back and tell them I want the sheet for my car. After searching their system, they can't find it and take my keys stating they will get right on it. I still don't know if it was ever done or not. service was terrible.Review from Jocelyn R

The most unprofessional treatment of my entire life. This situation beginning months ago with a tire purchase gone horribly wrong. The company allows customers to leave in unsafe vehicles and in store management must wear camouflage cause I really couldn’t tell you what he looks like although I’ve been physically in store for resolution on 5 separate days. Rich Allen although helpful with a refund for services ended up being a disappointment as well. He really thought it would be appropriate to let the same store that risked my life to handle the shipping of my replaced property that was damaged during my services ($1100 worth of damages mind you)Review from Richard T

I'm a mechanic, got 4 new tires installed on my car. They removed one of my TPMS sensors out of my tires and replaced with a regular valve stem. They did a position relearn procedure and reset my TPMS system so that my TPMS check system light would not come on right away, in my case the light came on the next day after driving for awhile. I used my scan tool to identify the sensors, one tire was not providing a signal. I removed tire and discovered the sensor was missing and was replaced with a regular valve stem. This is a scam in my opinion to get you to come back so they can attempt to charge you to install a sensor in a tire that they deliberately removed. How is deliberate? For one, my tires were not in the correct locations when I brought it in...when I rescanned for my sensors at home all of a sudden the 3 tires were in the proper locations. You can't do a position relearn procedure without 4 sensors, this means they did it holding one of the sensors in their hand and then threw it away after it was done knowing the customer won't find out until after they drive it for while before the check system light comes on.Review from Brayan C

I brought my car in over the weekend because I bought some new wheels and tires of course I also had to get an alignment because of the changes on vehicle unfortunately during the alignment my control arm and sway bar link were damage I took it back to town fair tire and they admitted to damages and wanted me to go to one of the mechanics the service manager recommended which is the same guy that caused the issue unfortunately I didn’t feel comfortable and decided to bring my car to the dealer where I bought it from and now they are denying ever mentioning that they would fix car and that they caused the damage!Review from Nicole R

Not happy our time was wasted Called to make an appointment… told the female that their was a plug in the tire that wasn’t holding. Get to Town Fair Tire, guy tells us that due to a new policy, they won’t fix our tire. Female who made the appointment should have told me when I made the appointment and not wasted our time. Very disappointed. Taking our business elsewhere.Review from Chris S

Brought car in for a tire replacement, with a leak in existing one. Was told I don't need a new one. I said I'd like a new one. Was told nope you need a repair.. ok fine made appointment even though it was not busy and was willing to wait... Next day appointment. 1 hr wait for not busy again. Saw them reject 2 customers . Lazy employees. My tires were rotated and not fixed. I now have multiple leaks and don't know what tire was leaky to begin with. They had no business rotating on a repair leak on a new vehicle. I'm beyond disgusted and upset . No leadership, or anyone who cares they rather play on devices not related to work and watch WiFi tv. Or talk to one another.. needs a serious check up.Review from Jose D

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your ******** ** location just this morning. As a loyal customer who has exclusively utilized TFT for tire services on my 2001 Honda Odyssey, which has remarkably low mileage (96K miles), I am deeply disappointed by the handling of my recent visit. Historically, I have visited your establishment to switch from winter tires to my regular set, which I have used for many years. However, during my latest visit, instead of a routine tire swap, I was confronted with an unexpected and urgent sales pitch. Your staff informed me that my regular tires, which TFT has previously installed multiple times, were now suddenly deemed too old and worn to be safely used—despite their age and wear not being an issue in the past. This abrupt change in assessment led to a recommendation to purchase new tires immediately, turning what was a simple maintenance task into an expensive transaction amounting to $600, excluding alignment and balancing. This unexpected expense was not something I was prepared for, and the lack of prior communication when the tires were last dismounted was both surprising and upsetting. Moreover, your manager, Sean, acknowledged that installing my old tires in their current condition was unsafe—a fact that was never disclosed to me in prior visits. This oversight on your part suggests a disregard for customer safety and well-being, as I have unknowingly risked safety with every drive. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and seemed solely driven by a desire to make a sale. This experience has not only eroded my trust in TFT but has also ensured that I will seek future tire services elsewhere. I urge TFT to consider the implications of such service practices and implement changes that ensure transparent and honest communication with customers. Your response to this matter will greatly influence my decisions regarding future interactions with your company. **** ****Review from Darren P

I was treated bad and was trying to make me spend more money . I went to the ******** **** store . Had an appointment at 12 wasn’t seen till 2:30 . I was getting tire balanced and linemen . They had my truck in bay for half hr and came a got me and told me I need all new lug nuts in order for them to get the job done . So I drove my truck to store and found out it was $380 to replace all of them so i bought 4 because they told me it had something to do with the locking hubs. The guy at the store told me that this particular store sends people there all the time to buy new Lugnuts. At that point, I felt something was up so when I brought the truck back and they said I didn’t buy all new Lugnuts, they would not do the job. What kind of business is this now? I am driving around with two broken Lugnuts that they broke and I asked them what they were gonna do about it and they told me to send in a complaint so here it is let’s see if anyone gets back to me.Review from Teri W

After having multiple issues with tire sensors, we had sworn off TFT. Our mechanic convinced us to give them one more try. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a business. THREE HOURS into our “appointment” we were told the sensors still weren’t ok. We just bought 4 tires, 4 sensors, and sat for almost 3.5 hours now…. We were well aware of the spare tire sensor but apparently these experts were not… The lack of contact during these many hours to even explain there was an issue. Disgusted & disappointed
