  On March 18th,2022 I went to Long Radio to get a price on replacing my radio in my 2011 **** ******* with a New Radio with a Back- Up Camera. I spoke to Mike and he told about New **** Radio Plug & Play with Car Play and Android compatible along with Back Up system. I asked him how much for the system installed he told me $500.00, this system has no CD Player or ** ***** which was fine. The following Monday I called to make the appointment for the install on Friday 25th, at 11:00am. After 4hrs I returned to pay an collect my car and was told that first of all the Radio I was told about wouldn't work and that he needed to replace it with a more Expensive One, also that he couldn't remember what he quoted and told me so let's call it $850.00 along with he didn't have the Dash Trim Kit to put in. He also then told me that he doesn't that Credit Cards or Debit Cards and it was Cash only which I explained that I wasn't informed of that and I would need my car to get him cash from my bank,again thinking I had a more Expensive Radio installed. I had a Bank Check drawn for $650.00 and told Mike I would pay the Difference when he gets the Dash Trim Kit for my ****. After carefully looking at what was installed I learned it's a bottom of the line **** Model ****** with very little accessories with no Mirror Phone imagery. I also noticed that all the wiring was cut off my **** Harness which means I was stuck with this Radio because I couldn't uninstall that **** and Reinstall my Own Radio. As a 71yr Old Senior I received a Bait and Switch with no recourse. I have no Paper Quote or received a Bill to Show the Model he installed,no MFG information on the Back-Up System ,no Serial numbers or bill of Sale for Warranty's. Also I had to apply Electrical tape to Exposed Wiring that was poorly put together.Again I have no receipts from Long Radio. I ordered the Dash Kit myself and installed it.
