Terrible. 4 All Promos collected $900 from my credit card and followed up with on time delivery timing. When delivery window was missed I contacted company 2 days later and was told item was never produced. Had to dispute charge on my credit card.4 All Promos LLC

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay and the confusion regarding your order. Due to unforeseen delays in quality testing at our facility, the aromatherapy spray production was held up longer than expected. Additionally, the business cards faced stock shortages, and the seed paper components were delayed because of seasonal restocking. These factors combined led to the unfortunate delay in fulfilling your order. We understand how frustrating it is to have a delivery window missed without prior notice. Please know that we processed refunds promptly once the issues were identified, but depending on your credit card provider, it can take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.Review fromChristina B

Ordered 339 water bottles for our school. 309 were printed on th seam but at least the logo was there and in tact. 30 bottles completely not usable do to damaged logos or missing logos all together. Emailed CS with a reply for 2 departments within 5 hours so I was hopeful. I waited days and called them. Was told that they are crazy busy, no excuse but let's give some grace. Here we are another week has passed and now no one is answering the phone. Finally i was avle to connect and was told that later that afternoon or definitely by Friday morning, i would have tracking on a new order. Friday morning came and went with no tracking and we waited until 3pm. We had to leave out of town for a wedding, 32 miles into our trip, *** arrives with order. So we had turn around, if the company had provided tracking as they promised, we would not have missed the rehearsal dinner. Once we returned, I inspected the new order, EVEN MORE MISPRINTS! In total, of 660 bottles, 62 were miss printed or missing logos completely. After looking through their FB page, seems as though they do not care schools! And finally, shipping charges are astronomically high! I had 330 shirts shipped from the west coast for free beacuse they valued such a large order. We are on the east coast just like 4AllPromos charged $120 for plastic bottles!4 All Promos LLC

We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss the rehearsal dinner due to the untimely delivery of the products. We were under the impression that your order was needed before April 4th for an event on April 8th, and we did not realize that you had an important event on March 21st that would be affected by the *** delivery. Regarding the ongoing quality issues with the replacement order, we are truly sorry for the additional misprints and missing logos you experienced. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address these issues to prevent them from occurring in the future. We also acknowledge your concerns about shipping costs. While UPS determines the rates based on box dimensions and distance, we understand your dissatisfaction with the charges. To rectify this situation, a full refund has been issued for the order, and the products were donated to a local school by the recipient. To make a long story short: I ordered a sample of a tote bag and liked it very much. I submitted my artwork and approved the proof. I then placed the order on the website. Nothing happened (no receipt, invoice). So I contacted the "account manager" I had been corresponding with. He responded that he "fixed it and pushed this along." My credit card was charged. The following day I was told that the totes in the colour I ordered were out of stock and would not be available again. So I looked through the bag selection again and asked for samples of 4 other bags so I could verify that they would work for my purposes. I'm eventually told that 2 of the 4 are available in the colour I want. Then I wait. Days later, I ask AGAIN for the samples so I can proceed with my order. I'm told they had been shipped. In the meanwhile, my payment had been refunded. Three weeks later, I never received the other samples (that were obviously NOT sent) and the "account manager" doesn't even respond to inquiries. I was therefore unable to buy anything from this company. It's really quite absurd. Very flaky and unprofessional.4 All Promos LLC

I manage a law firm located in ***** ******* ** and ordered a few different items to create a gift beach bag. I worked with Dan, who was always responsive, paid attention to detail and delivered exactly what I wanted, and our firm has custom logos, including custom fonts and PMS colors. 1 starI wish there was less than 1 star option. We placed on order for a product on 8/19, AFTER confirming the design/artwork we had would result in the product we were looking for. We were surprised to hear their very long production time but adjusted our event schedule to meet this timeline. We also paid a VERY costly rush shipping fee. I inquired week of for tracking info as I hadn't received anything. The DAY BEFORE our product was set to arrive to us (again with a costly rush shipping) they told us printing wasn't looking good and asked how we wanted to proceed. There was NO way the product was ever going to arrive to us on time, let alone now that there was an issue. Talked to a sales rep and they said that I can get a free sample if I fill in a form, first it registered me without my consent and they they sent me a bill for over $800. My opinion of them dropped considerably after this. I will not do business with them.4 All Promos LLC

The most unprofessional experience. Placed an order and quickly realized the shipping method selected would not obtain the delivery date needed. Immediately called to get it corrected, the wonderful customer service rep I spoke with informed me I needed to email my account manager Courtney B****** and sent her a note to push the artwork approval through so my order could begin the processing in time. So I again immediately emailed Courtney B****** to get a shipping upgrade and to ensure the order would meet the deadline. She delayed responding and NEVER submitted the order for processing and NEVER once informed me that a shipping method change would delay the order processing. This not only is this unprofessional but it is a TERRIBLE business practice. This company's inability to provide actual customer service is atrocious and not only do they not provide customer service they expect the customer to know their policies and procedures. I called Courtney's supervisor Karen Hart and requested a call back to address the issues and get an appropriate resolution to the situation but have yet to receive any call. We extend our sincerest apologies for the handling of your order for the cooling towels. We are so sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. We recognize the importance of punctuality and reliability, The customer requested a shipping upgrade for their order, needing it before June 14th. Upon receiving this request, the account manager promptly informed the customer that selecting the next day air option was necessary to ensure delivery by 6/14. The towels would have been prepared for shipment on 6/13, following the 5-day production period required to print the design. Our order process includes a 2-business day window for confirming order details and artwork proof. Subsequently, we forward the order to production for processing within the specified number of days outlined for production, followed by the estimated shipping time in transit via ***. This information was not clear to the customer which led to the in ability to process the order and deliver on time. The account manager had provided an alternate towel with a short 1 day production time which could have been rushed to meet the customer s event however the customer did not elect to move forward. Worst online ordering experience of my 55 years. I ordered 23 hats for a wedding a month prior. They delayed them 3 weeks and then finally delivered them on the day of the wedding to the wrong state! Not only did they miss the wedding and negatively impact that, but they have ruined my reputation on this kind of event. No matter how good their pricing looks... steer clear of this company!!!4 All Promos LLC

Give up now! Don't put your credit card information into their website. Run. Run away quickly. They will likely respond to this review with another fake communication. This not a legitimate business. They do not answer phone calls and emails, do not send invoices before charging you money, have a bot running their chat app. This is theft, a scam. There are no sales people, no products. This is theft. Every response is automated. Have you found this company because you've already given them your money? Get a lawyer, or go on a budget. When a problem is brought to our attention our product experts actively work with our customers to provide the best resolution. We have a commitment to our customers to provide strong product and process knowledge led by our customer service department which is backed up by our Account Management team who take pride in developing relationships with their customers. Many who have been collaborating for years on countless projects. This customer had several touchpoints with members of our team beginning with a customer service representative at which time product information had been discussed. Once the customer submitted their order details her order was processed by her account manager and moved through our system. This process consisted of receiving a detailed art proof created by our art team, uploading credit card information to their individual account and once all approvals had been made the order was finalized and submitted to our production team. At that time a paid invoice had been emailed to the customer. There is a long email string of communication between the customer and the account manager addressing the customer concerns on pricing and referencing costs for blank items vs a custom printed item. The account manager had honored a lower cost that had been quoted and noted by the customer in the emails but surprisingly received a request to cancel the order. The order has been canceled with our production team and a full refund has been processed by accounting. We have been able to confirm that the customer had conversations with 3 members of our customer service team on 3/14 & 3/22 lasting between 3 - 6 minutes each as well as a 10 minute conversation with her account manager on 3/21. Additionally the customer conversed with one of our chat representatives at which time she questioned his legitimacy - For quicker service we offer a chat system that consists of frequently asked FAQ's and answers before being transferred to a live agent. (screenshots and email strings available) It is unfortunate that we are unable to meet this customer's expectations but wish to make other consumers aware of the level of attention we provide to ensure they receive what they ordered, in good condition, and on-time for their event or special project.Review fromMuhammad H

The whole process was a nightmare. Firstly, when I placed the order, I was told I should get it in time, no worries. Then, when I submitted my materials, surprisingly the whole team went on vacation, without any notice. The whole day was lost! They came back the next day and told me I will have to place a rush order and pay $600 extra to get the products in time (On the day of the event). I reluctantly agreed but told the sales rep Kim that she should let *** know that no one will be at the office and to leave the boxes outside. She left no such comment to *** and they took the packages back instead. I called the customer service 4 times and they kept saying that my sales rep Kim would be the only one who can change the request for me to be bale to pickup from nearby location. Anyhow, I kept calling and got no response from her and by day end, she sent me an email "I let them know". Thats it. Nothing else. No information. I got the products 4 days after with expedited shipping charges of $600 that I couldn't even use the materials. Horrible customer service. After spending thousands of dollars on this website, the service we get is horrible. Please don't buy from here. All vendors use the same printing companies and this one is the WORST at customer service. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their work.4 All Promos LLC

When placing an order online or through one of our account managers the order moves through the same process - an order is received into our system and is sent directly to our art team for digital proofs to be created. This generally takes 1-2 business days for the artwork to be created and emailed, once the art has been approved and payment is received we send the order to production to be processed within the # of business days listed for each item and then ship time via **** All ship dates are based on when proof approval has been received after any artwork changes and payment received. This order which was submitted on 3/22 however the artwork files were not received until 3/23. Communication between the account manager and the customer had consisted of requesting the art files by the account manager as well as the need by date. A response by the customer stated he needed the order for an event on 3/1, requesting us to expedite the shipping and questioning if we needed ai files. Once the art files were received they were sent to the art team to create the proofs. On 3/26 the artist advised that the customer had requested for a change to the journals which required additional costs and production time for approval. The account manager reached out to the customer advising "Unfortunately, we are not able to meet that date. The ships dates are 2/29 and 3/4 plus a few days for shipping. If you wish to proceed, the additional cost to print on the back of the journals is $0.30 each plus a second setup fee of $38. How do you wish to proceed?" She also provided alternate product options that offer a 1 day rush since the original items had longer production time frames and we would not been able to meet the in hand date requested. The account manager also provided the expedited shipping costs to the customer for review and approval per his request. Once the order details, artwork changes and pricing was confirmed the order was submitted to production with instructions for overnight shipping. UPS made the attempt to deliver all 3 products on 3/1 but the business was closed. On 3/1 the customer contacted a member of customer service as well as the account manager requesting to have the packages held for pick up. The account manager submitted the request to UPS but delivery changes and request for pick ups may delay the delivery process and a 2nd attempt was made and delivered on the following business day Monday 3/4. Our offices closed on 3/23 at noon for a company wide meeting and notices had been posted on our website the previous day as well as out of offices posted by all employees. This closure did not contribute to the delay in processing of this order. We are truly sorry that the customer did not receive the items by the requested date and we will be refunding him the *** Next Day Air charges he incurred. A member of our management team will be processing the refund.
