    I recently purchased two different medications that were supposed to be run through WINfertility, but I wasn't aware that my insurance provider used them as a 3rd party for Fertility management. WINfertility offered me a reimbursement form, in which I filled out all the necessary information, and was told it was approved. I received a call from a nurse explaining my approval and that a check would be sent in the mail. 90 days later, I still have received no check, and I have been neglected from a customer service standpoint. I have called over 7 times, and each time I sit on hold for 30-40 minutes and am transferred to 3 different reps, only to be told that they will call me back (which they never do) or that they don't have any updated information. At this point, I am tired of wasting time on the phone and wish to file a complaint.

    To whom it may concern.  Regarding the complaint received yesterday, we have been in contact with the customer and resolved the issue.  The customer expressed satisfaction with the resolution method and stated that he intended to retract the complaint with your organization (BBB).  Refund has been make via electronic funds transfer that will complete tomorrow under **** ACH ID# **********.  Please update your records to reflect a satisfactory response and resolution to the issue.  Thank you!
