Let me start by saying that I have been very patient and I am not normally a complainer. In the middle of my IVF cycle, after receiving my initial medications with no issue, I needed a refill and called Win to discover that my account was not “populating” on their end. After being on the phone for over an hour and trying to get my urgent refill approved I was told they couldn’t get ahold of a supervisor and that my case was marked urgent and I’d receive a call in the morning. I never received a call so at 12:30pm I called back and talked to a “supervisor” who after being on hold for 20 minutes said they would “look into it” and get back to me. I asked what their timeline was and she couldn’t give me an answer so I decided to pay out of pocket for my refills rather than ruin my entire IVF cycle waiting on Win to figure it out. I asked her about reimbursement once they figured their end out and she said I’d have to request it right away to get it. But how can I request reimbursement when you can’t even find my account information??? I am disgusted by the service I have received.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My Doctor’s office had to send the authorization and Rx documents 10+ times and I would have to call Win multiple times throughout the day to see if they got the documents. Then they would screw up the information sent to Alliance Rx. So I literally had to call Alliancr Rx, then call Win, then call my Dr multiple times for two weeks to get my IVF cycle approved. This was so dehumanizing for someone with fertility issues, because these companies don’t care! They don’t care if I can have children or not. They make the process so difficult hoping you give up and don’t spend any money.

I was told at the beginning of starting IVF that everything would be approved by WINFertility and not to worry. Last year I received a statement from my fertility doctor saying my claims during IVF had been denied. I called my insurance company and they said this is the responsibility of WINFertility. I called WINFertility and they said this is for my insurance. Basically this company refuses to help whatsoever so my insurance company helped out as best they could and told me it was all a misunderstanding and it would be okay. Then 3 months later I receive another statement saying payment has not been received and is at risk of going to collections because my claims were denied. If no one helps me this time I will be seeking legal action against all parties involved including WINFertility, because they have the responsibility of approving the claim. This is also putting more stress on me and the baby I'm currently pregnant with. This companies policies on how they handle insurance and or fertility is unacceptable. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THIS WAY WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO HAVE A BABY. WINFERTILITY should be ashamed of themselves and the people working for them will not have a job when I am done with WINFertility.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! OTHER USERS SAY THIS IS MORE LIKE A SCAM AND PHONE REPS HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP! I didn't get a chance to actually use them because they took 6 months to finally explain to me that I wouldn't need to use their services anyway. Their communication skills are so poor! They kept telling me to register with them and that I would use their services once my insurance benefits are exhausted. Six months later, when I was still trying to figure out how Win works, and I had finally an IVF protocol spelled out with my clinic, a senior Win manager I insisted on speaking with finally told me there were actually TWO requirements to qualify working with Win as a patient, and that the phone reps ought to have explained that better to me. Turns out, I had to have exhausted my insurance benefits AND in addition I had to be starting my SECOND cycle. They said they don't work with people who are insured if they are attempting their FIRST cycle. What a waste of my time as I juggle all of the various balls for starting IVF. I can't believe the owners/executives behind Win don't care enough to at least make sure the phone scripts used by their useless customer service reps are ACCURATE for something as basic as properly explaining the basic process. If they are that bad at the very start of the process, I can only imagine how terrible they must be during the actual fertility/pricing/billing/payment process.
