      Terrible service high price shady beware lied about needing hot water heater less than zero is the real score. I had no water hot water heater over heated he said tank was cracked and needed too get new one did not address the no water issue or make any suggestions he tagged the heater and plugged it left the burner disassembled. No one ever called to give a quote for price or to fix the problem.Thankfully I had a second opinion they found water leak fixed that and got the hot water tank up and running.Now I receive a $300 dollar bill sent from spicer for there guy to come do nothing to fix the issue and try to make a big sale and then no one follows through to even give a quote or any service no return calls nothing.beyond a 0 company for sure.

      Customers CO detector was going off and called Spicer in case related to the propane service. We disclosed our service rates. Customer asked that we come to property. Service tech found the water heater had a cracked tank that was leaking. We provided quotes to replace unit but could not repair this particular unit because it was not legal for the application inside a manufactured home. We did not have immediate access to a manufactured home rated water heater and advised customer it may be found quicker thru a plumber that works on these regularly. We diagnosed the main issue with the water tank, converted her stove to propane, and advised her of the problem and reason for RED TAGGING the unit. The customer signed the RED TAG. This unit is not rated for the application in which it is being used and should be replaced.

      Spicer Gas - I tried to work with them to purchase a gas insert for my fireplace. I ordered in late January/ Early February. I paid a deposit for the product and was promised it will be in by early May. I have been called for months now and the product is still not there but, found out I could get it at another company since, Spicer still does not have it. When I asked for the get a REFUND for the product and was told I would get my money back since it still has not arrived. I am still waiting. Also, I was going to get all the products I needed and user Spicer for the gas line and tank and was told another 1-2 months before they could get the permit for it, after waiting since January to get this all done. This company does not have good business practices and want people to be aware of what they are purchasing when they buy from this business. It has been the most stressful experience trying to get these guys to deliver product and services I have purchased.
