In August, I contacted the office letting them know that my son needed to get dental fillings and that his office did not do them so they referred him out. The woman asked for all of his information and kept keeping me on hold multiple times before the line went dead. I had called back 2-3 times to get back in touch to continue scheduling the appointment. Once I was able to get through to her she finally scheduled my appointment for 9/12 and stated they would send a confirmation text. Fast forward to 9/11, I still had not received a text or call so I call the office to confirm my appointment and they tell me they don't have an appointment at all. SO at that point I reschedule for 9/19. The woman I spoke to told me they would call me back to let me know if it was a consult or the actual appointment. By 9/18, I received no calls from CDA so I call back AGAIN. They told me it wasn't a consult and that he would be getting the service. We arrive on 9/19 at 815a. From the moment Dr. SAIEK walked in, they treated my child as if he was problematic. She asked me if I tried contacting Yale to get him treated for his dental fillings before even attempting the procedure on him. I asked her questions she was hasty with responses. Neither her or her assistant spoke to my child to make him comfortable enough to even want to sit in the chair. He is FOUR! I told her he does have a trauma from the Dentist office and needed to be able to trust. She did not engage with him at all or even try. Then proceeds to tell me that this was only a CONSULT after I asked multiple times. It was only when I got upset with them and started demanding respect for my child and I, did she try to help. She got upset because I questioned the integrity of her and her staff. There was bad communication from the start, office staff were rude and unwavering. None of them understood my frustration and they continue to call me and get me upset changing his appointments. I would recommend this place to NO ONE.
