    IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR.. They steal my money... I made full payment for Invisalign a couple of years back.. I got the treatment less than halfway and I couldn't do it as I was gagging as my Invisalign was way inside my mouth. I got pregnant and left the treatment, after i had my baby I went back and told them I would like to resume the treatment. the lady said she is still collecting money from my insurance. I already paid cash $2,500 and other $1500 they were supposed to get from my insurance. she got all the money out from insurance without my treatment being completed. I trusted them and kept following up. they said you are coming after more than a year.. will get back to you will talk to doctor Daar. i made many phone calls .. every time i went for cleaning I asked to talk to DR. Daar. one-day Mrs. Daar who was the office manager talked to me and told me will get back .. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. than I gave up .. one of my cleaning appt. Dr. Daar came and I complained about his staff having no clue.. they are not giving any response, not letting me know would be an additional cost.. my plan included teeth whitening after the treatment.. they gave me my case ID, and told me to talk to Invisalign. I made a call to Invisalign and they said if your doctor charged you full money, its up to them if they can let you start the treatment. they said they will reach out to the doctor's office and asked me to follow up with them.. after a few weeks. I followed up with them and FINALLY .. THEY SAID .they can not do anything.. why does it take them to say 5 years . the Rude girl who picked up the phone said I will have to pay another $5,000. its not a small amount.. I plan to complain to BBB

    Seven years later a case is expired with invisalign. Secondly unfortunately we expect payment for services

    I was following up from 2nd year.. the office manager at that time said Yes and now she doesn't work there anymore, they were waiting for 7 years to say No, so I can't do anything. too bad your staff waited 7 years to say No. good strategy.

    I want to warn others about this practice. There is a extremely high rate of turn over in staff. They often move your appointment up or back by up to 20 minutes from your original scheduled time without notice to accommodate their schedule. You can not count on having a certain hygienist or dentist even though requested when scheduling an appointment in advance. My 19 year old daughter left the practice in tears as they failed to give her a bib or allow her to wash out her mouth after doing impressions leaving her to DROOL all over herself. NOT PROFESSIONAL! INCOMPENETENT!

    This patient and family is being dismissed from the practice due to verbal threats to staff, flagrant use of foul language and gestures, disregard for covid protocol and health suggestions from the department of public health. We have signed statements from numerous staff members involved. In addition if she would have noted the sign outside of our entrance giving n notice of 24 hour video surveillance for security purposes she may not have acted in the manner she did as it documents the preceeding statement and signed testimonials. We are a zero tolerance office for violence in the workplace we are obligated by OSHA and moral decisions to protect the employees.
