Ever since Zen Leaf took over multiple dispensaries in Connecticut, the prices of Medical use Marijuana have gone up too high. There used to be availability to purchase medical use marijuana for $25 per 3.5g. Now the prices are averaging around $45-$50 for the same quantity. The dispensaries are all blaming it on supply and demand now that recreational marijuana is available, but that is just nonsense. How are other states surrounding us able to offer recreational OUNCES (28g) for $130. Our dispensaries want around $300-400 for the same quantity. This has become insane and needs to adjusted and looked at from a medical standpoint. Why should medical patients suffer to supply and demand? There should be a complete supply for medical patients at a reasonable price before ANY recreational marijuana is set aside and sold.
